Sure, I always tell new players that basic game strategy is mele in the front (something with high health when possible). Magic can go anywhere and range in the back. Stick to that basic game play until you better understand the rules.
SPS can be staked in game. Click the crystal icon at the top of the page will open the SPS wallet. This is where you will be able to stake your SPS.

I would recommend trying the game for free first to see if its for you. After log in click the Play Now button and then the battle button. Wait to be matched with someone. Once matched with someone you will get to choose a summoner. After choosing a summoner you will get to choose your team for battle. After choosing your team for battle click the battle button above the team you selected. Its much easier done then typed out.
