Splinterlands: Putting Beatrix Ironhand into Action

Evening

So another 100,000 untamed packs got sold and we got our 11th untamed character airdropped right away. This this its an epic earth ranged monster; Beatrix Ironhand.

I had 587 packs eligible for the airdrop and was guaranteed to receive at least 9 Beatrix Ironhands. This time I wasn't that much lucky and only got 9 Beatrix Ironhands airdropped (no gold foils). But my smaller account got lucky and I one Beatrix Ironhand for 17 eligible packs(consolation prize, I guess).

Before combining the 10 BCX Bcx Beatrix Ironhand to Lev-3, I did few shot term market trades to earn decent profit. Beatrix Ironhand price is bit oscillating right now and is currently going at 0.74$/BCX. But I think it is far more value and its gonna trade around 1$/BCX(just like Mittica Headhunter) once thing settle down.

After upgrading to Lev-3, I put it right into the action. It is always exciting to use a newly introduce card and watch it performing well.

Having Close Range ability gives it a real liberty to be used as tank and one down monster, especially in Equilizer and Keep Your Distance rule sets. Thorns ability at Lel-3 is an added advantage making it a nice sneak defender.
