Around 25% APR for the Splintershards (SPS) (2022.04.20)

avatar

The current APR for Splintershards (SPS) is 25.04%, and it is going lower and lower. Of course this is very high in general, but I still remember that it was more than 100% at the time of the introduction of the SPS airdrop.

Today we are on the 267th day of the SPS airdrop, and I still have not sold any SPS, and I still stake all of my SPS. Okay, it is not much, currently it is 576.302 SPS, which is currently $74.51 USD, but I am still very happy for it. I earned most of this with the airdrop. I bought only a small part of it. Maybe it is/was a foolish thing to buy an airdropped token.

Time will tell. I heard that there will be actual use cases for the SPS. Hopefully this is true, and that the value of the SPS will go up again in the future. I remember, when it was around $0.90 USD. Nowadays it is around $0.129 USD.

Let us hope for the best. Good luck and have fun.

Have a nice day. All the best. Greetings and much love from Hungary.

SPS is going to be used for the presale of the validator nodes and I do think there will be more use cases added for SPS.

I saw the Waka Spiritblade card in the recent past. That card required a certain amount of SPS. Maybe 500 SPS or 5000 SPS. I do not know. But the future of the SPS is certainly interesting. Probably there will be more "exclusive" cards like the Waka Spiritblade.

Good luck and have fun.

Mannn, you called it when SPS came down to like $0.20 cents. You said would probably keep going, that was a good call buddy. Still a good percentage, but overall a bad investment for anyone who bought. 20 and above. I definitely lost quite a bit of value, but hoping time will let price climb back up.

I am trying to be optimistic, and I am trying to think about SPS in long term. Maybe it will be more valuable a few years later.

Yeah, that $0.10 was a decent buy at the time. I bought just a little at the lows, otherwise i was in like .20 and may have even bought some .30. For that reason alone i have no choice but to just sit and stake. I can even sit for a few years i think. It doesnt bother me. The debt mountain still bothers me tho, but dam. We are on a mission bro, lets keep fighting.
