The half of my SPS has been unstaked (2022.09.09)
370.90 SPS is liquid, 365.897 SPS is staked. 736.797 SPS in total. 1 SPS is currently $0.067 USD. The current total value is approximately $49.35 USD. How I regret not selling all of it, when it was around $0.90 USD. I could have sold around 200 SPS for around $200 USD. Quite shocking to think about this, right. I do not have words.
But I am trying not to look into the past. I try to look into the future. I am trying to build a passive income with Splinterlands. I delegate SPT and lease out card too to build it.
I am still using Splex.GG to automatically lease out my Splinterlands cards. Nowadays it gives me around 200-300 Dark Energy Crystals (DEC) per day. I currently have 4327.789 Dark Energy Crystals (DEC), which is currently worth $3.02 USD.
I currently have 0.848429 liquid SPT and 12 700 staked SPT. This currently worth approximately $9.87 USD. I delegate all of my staked SPT to @monster-curator. Nowadays this gives me around 7-12 SPT per day in passive income. Today I earned 7.812424 SPT.
Nowadays I very rarely play Splinterlands. I use it mostly as an investment, as you can see above. And based on the new additions to the game, probably I will play Splinterlands even less in the near future, because the developers are making the already very hard game even more harder. At least in the higher mana cap battles. They write that the Riftwatchers cards "are going to be a must-have for the higher mana cap battles, and we look forward to players having many more options to choose from in those situations!"
Probably I will use a part of my Hive income to buy a few Riftwatchers cards. But not to play with them. To automatically lease them out with Splex.GG to increase my passive income.
If the developers will make the rewards better for playing, then I will play. But as I currently see it, it is not worth it. It is much better to lease out the cards. This gives a much better return. At least in the Bronze leagues and in the Silver III league.
