Splinterlands: Hitting Gold 1 in Modern Ranked for the First Time
Happy Sunday, Warriors!
It’s nice to be here again, and I’m glad to share my victory in Modern Ranked battles. For the past two seasons, the closest I had gotten was Gold 2. My joy knows no bounds — I finally broke the jinx and unlocked Gold 1 for the very first time in Modern Ranked!
Splinterlands is no walk in the park, but that's what amps up the excitement.A winning strategy weighs stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and beyond. That's why you must factor them all into your deck building.Toss in strong cards to boost your setups, and push hard to rack up as many victories as possible! 🔥
Opening The Loots.This is the part I love most the most,to see what is inside those fifteen (15) chests 🧰
Here we go;
My merit reward from the calculation above was 2,619 in total. It’s awesome! My Gladius case purchase is loading 🤗. My guild just took second in a recently concluded Brawl fight, and 2,144 merits were shared with me from the spoils, along with 24.201 staked SPS as well.
This is one of the best things I love about the unlocking process in modern ranked. When you achieve any tier, you are rewarded for it,which really makes the game more competitive.
So with this, my total merits in the Guild store has increased to 5,054.So I have to top it to 6k or more with some glints,to enable me buy at least 3 gladuis case,since one is 2,000 per case.
GLADIUS CASE
With over 6k plus merit in the guild store,I can comfortably purchase 3 gladius case at 2,000 per one.From there I would visit the magic well to open the 3 cases.
THE OPENING,I like opening them one after the instead o flipping all.The total is 15,and I hope there should be Quora 🤗, most brawl warrior wants Quora in their deck collection because of her reputation and ruthlessness in battle.
No Quora,but I am so happy with these cards,there is an epic card,I had a copy before, Marisol Contuma and two rare copies of Captain Katie and Katrelba Gobson (common)respectively. With this my upgrade of my gladiators collection is on a steady rise.Out of the 32 gladius edition,I now have 23 in total,still no Legendary yet,only common,rare and epic.
GLINTS AND SPS
I’m still accumulating my end-of-season glint. At the moment, I have about 12,844, with seven more days left until the end of the season.
My target is to reach a total of 75k glint by the end of this campaign.I also need to pull some epic and rare cards from the rarity draw.
My current position on the leaderboard is 17th, which would give me a 50k glint reward — if I can maintain it.
For my SPS,the staked SPS I am getting from brawl fights goes into SPS staking. I want to hit 1,000 staked SPS by the end of year.
