Apr. 3, 21: AutomaticWin, Oculus, Napping, TV, and Games

Up at five today, but got to bed early enough last night that I scored a full night’s sleep! Yay! That’s a couple times now recently; I’ll take ‘em where I can get ‘em! Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to matter all that much since I lacked motivation and ended up crashing out for a couple hours in the afternoon. 😢

So seriously nothing going on during the morning routine. I guess the only real noteworthy thing was the Bitcoin volume fell below six thousand for the last twenty four hours! I can’t remember the last time it fell that low...been years. Had some pullback on a few red candles, but still just range bound and boring. Didn’t Visa just announce that you can spend crypto at any of their millions of merchants?!?! What’s the deal?!

Speaking of what’s the deal, not too happy with Bittrex at the moment. They announced that they were delisting LBC and then immediately “maintained” the wallet barring all deposits and withdrawals. 🤬 Super scammy looks to me. Seems that’s not the first sketchy thing like that I’ve seen them do...unfortunately, being in the US, they’ve basically got me by the balls. Unless you’ve heard about Coinbase listing HIVE? 😛

We headed out right about with the sunrise and took the doggy for a solid seven kilometer walk. Scored the #AutomaticWin and my exchange was due, so I posted it up properly. 🤩

It’s friggin’ turned winter again. 🥶 The wind wasn’t too bad, though, and it warmed up a little bit by the time we got done.

Felt good to get out despite being chilly. The dog seemed to have a good time running around as well, stayed close and didn’t really start running towards home early at all...he might be getting back in shape.

No froggies to be heard! They were going nuts just a few days back, but it’s been so cold it’s just silence again. We did see quite a few ducks, though!

Saw this pair on the pond, but could only get a grainy pic. We tried to get a bit closer, but they weren’t having it and took off.

We saw a group of Wood Ducks (I think)...sort of blueish, and another pair like these (male and female) over on the other pond, but way too far away to get a shot.

Other than posting my #AutomaticWin, I didn’t really do much for the rest of the day. Got some lunch, laid down to watch some tube with the wife and promptly fell asleep for a couple hours.

Woke up feeling only mildly shitty and decided to jack in and get the blood flowing. I worked up a serious sweat and blasted some new full combo high scores! 💪

Did some thinking about my game, trying to straighten out my doubts about the decisions I’ve made about it, but didn’t do any actual work, just in my head and fibber jabbering (talk). I did verify that making the changes I’m considering will not make me an unlicensed money transmitter, so that’s good.

Wenche made some turkey tacos for dinner and we “watched” some tv for the evening... I say “watched” cause it was on but I was paying more attention to my phone.

Got ready for bed and that was another day in the books.

Kinda’ considering not giving dCity the time of day anymore. I’m just dumping what little income I do get over to Solairitas, not “playing” any more. You spend time, money, and effort to build an income and they find every way they possibly can not to give it to you...not worth it. If they do have to give you some, they’ll invent more ways not to.

We still have 10 days left in the current presidency, but I voted as myself and as Solairitas NOT to have dick, I mean dreamm as president any more. Whether a regime change will help matters at all remains to be seen.

Just never mind that I got HALF of what I was supposed to, according to their own calculations.

I really do not understand what the deal is on Holybread. 😡 All of a sudden, again, people that I could easily beat before are now beating me as if my potions are turned off.

Once again I could not get my wins in the arena and so I didn’t get my tasks done for the day. Potions are due for a refill tomorrow and I’m quite short on gold...making me a little nervous.

Still sitting in the top five, so that’s not bad, but I want my top spot back!

Well, despite the fact that it’s impossible to see the daily quests on CryptoBrewmaster, I was just furiously tapping around and discovered that if you get lucky and double tap in the right place, you can see them.

Finally got a brew started. Ended up just being a regular brew, worth a few CBM. I’ve got 70 above the 1000 that are forever locked because of their bullshit, so I decided to check what those might be worth. I thought dCity’s chart looked bad!

To be fair, some of it has to do with the swift rise in the price of HIVE, but holy crap, I’m not the only one looking to sell around here!

I still haven’t looked to see if the landscape photo has been screwing up how my posts look, but I’m just going to assume that it has and not worry about posting a pic of my balance or rank any more...we’ll see, not really worth bothering with.

Still not been motivated in the least to play Splinterlands. The window has been sitting there open by default, begging me, but just can’t seem to muster the gumption. I suppose it’s been a few days now, so things might have settled down a little, might have to see about a couple battles here soon.
