June 1, 21: AC Install, Short Walk, Gardening, SM Airdrop, MSP, a Movie, and Games

Really super duper aggravated at the FitBit at this point, but I suppose it’s no use shouting into the wind.

There was another big push yesterday to get us listed on stakingrewards. If you haven’t gone in and voted, you should!!! We were in a close second, but pulled ahead. Only one more day left, but anything could happen!

We had men coming today to install the new air conditioning unit, so we got started pretty early with making the place a little more presentable to strangers. They arrived shortly after eight and were here until about half past twelve, so most of the morning.

Everything went smoothly for the most part, but there was a pressure switch that was stuck and had to be bypassed to get it to work...the servicemen came only a few hours later and fixed it. Seems to be working well, and it’s much quieter than the old one, for sure!

Mostly wanted to stay out of the way and let the guys do their work, so we went out in the garden. With doors and gates being opened and closed, we were trying to keep a close eye on the dog, but of course, he got out and went for a run.

I guess he didn’t get too far, but I ended up walking downtown and back looking for him. 😡 It counted, though, but only like twenty minutes or something.

Got the beans in and they’re looking good:

This will be the first time I’ve ever tried to grow them, but put in some watermelon 🍉 today. A couple are looking a bit sad, though, will have to see how they do over the next day or two:

Still have the peppers to get in the ground and then that’s it for the starts. Going to toss in some carrot and radish seeds to try my luck with those again (so far I haven’t been able to grow carrots - not sure if the ground is too acidic or what).

Greater than zero? Earth must be spiraling into the Sun.

Got gold piling up on Holybread. Guess I might dump it into stats, but whatever, doesn’t make much difference.

I didn’t get my tasks done today, nor do I expect to get the arena task done any time soon. They still haven’t voted (me), so it’s all just a waste of time anyway for now.
