May 28, 21: Routine, Moar VFTlab Addiction, Glass Crash, Oculus, and Games

Gosh darn friggin’ FitBit still won’t let me export my cover photo. 😭 I can for that day (I found a way), but not for the day before...means I would have to remember to export it right before bedtime and my numbers wouldn’t match either. Frustrating.

Did the usual morning routine and was really disappointed when I went to check the BNB airdrops from tipCC (I should have had almost a dollar’s worth) and none of them had worked properly, so I got nothing. 🤬

On the flip side, I went in and checked on my shittokens and was happy to see that Our.Glass got listed on Coinmarketcap, so the USD value actually showed up in my wallet. 😀

Was quite a rocky day for Glass, though! The founder, Trevon, was a hyper for Bitconnect and he’s getting drilled by the SEC, all crying in his YouTube live stream...made for some massive panic selling! Fifty percent in a matter of minutes:

It’s really hard, though...while the price went down, which isn’t good, all that action meant that every time someone dumped out, I got some more! Made over two million tokens just by sitting! Now, again, the tokens are worth less, but hopefully breaking the association with Bitconnect will prove to be a good thing in the long run. For now, as usual, I’m just waiting; not making any rash moves, we’ll see how it goes.

BTC took a bearish turn as well, taking back nearly eight percent:

Figured I’m basically stuck at the moment (don’t have any way to get fiat in) since LTC are down so hard and I’m not willing to sell them out right now, so mostly been messing around with H-E trading some tokens to get some more VFT.

It’s also renewed my desire to play Splinterlands! I played so much today that the battles are past the history. Did my quest and, despite risking the reset, I kept going. All in the hope of getting some more DEC to deposit over on VFTlab. 😂

Yet another wicked cold and seriously rainy day. Definitely had no desire to get outside for any reason, really. Minus two hardcoreness points. [Are there negative hardcoreness points? I haven’t fully thought this though. 😛😆]

Spent some time chatting over on Discord, did my post, and it was basically noon and I’d done nothing but sit in the basement and stare at the phone...

I nagged at myself quite a bit to get some web work done, but I just couldn’t seem to bring myself to it. 😭 Plugged into the Oculus for quite a while instead.

Played some more with the new songs I got, got wicked sweaty, took a shower, played some Pinball, and then decided to get all sweaty again. 😰 It really is a fun game, though, and good exercise as opposed to just sitting and/or napping.

Wenche got her second CVD shot yesterday and wasn’t feeling very well today, so I just grabbed a bowl of cereal for dinner, ran and emptied the dishwasher, and then got ready for bed pretty early.

Well, the more talk I hear, the more it’s “dShitty is ded.” Most, if not all, card buys are from inflation and really no more outside money is coming in...Ponzi says what?!

I really don’t understand all the politics and dynamics at the top, what I do know is dShitty lies a smoking pile of ash and rubble as a result.

Well, at least I finally got a response from Holybread. They broke the bot and are working on it, I guess. Meanwhile I’ve got like three hundred million gold and nothing to do with it.

Still at rank four, but all I can think is that the clock is ticking loud with this one...timer running out.

I did actually remember to go in and start an ingredient on CryptoBrewmaster. Never bothered to go back in and collect it, though. 😆 Still need water after this yeast, but at this rate it will be next week before I get it.

Like I said, VFTlab has reinvigorated my desire to play Splinterlands and I played quite a lot today!

Did surprisingly well, beyond my expectations for Diamond battles! I even started to have a little hope of advancing to the next tier, but I started to lose as soon as I thought that (exactly like last season).

I had Death splinter for my daily quest today, but it went much smoother than I had thought. I considered switching it up, but decided to run with it and it wasn’t bad. Got a few cards and some DEC:

Took all the DEC and immediately deposited it...kinda’ going in hard with this, worried I may end up regretting it. Still, I suppose my max loss is only the three percent deposit fee, I can always pull out for no cost. (Me likey).
