I'd been on the waiting list for quite some time, now im finally able to open the app but i don't see how to deposit crypto to it?! not sure if i'm just missing something?!

I 1st time hear something like that. In my case, when I was registering & ordering the card, approx. 2 years ago, I had no problems whatsoever. It was really an easy process of getting it: I installed the app on my Samsung Android, I topped up the account from another bank account of mine & waited for 2-3 weeks for the card to arrive. When it arrived, I used smoothly with no problems on many different ATMs all over Croatia & Hungary, but mostly on Erste ATMs.
Till now, I didn't use the card to trade or exchange crypto currencies, only fiat.
