Today is 8.30.19 - As you might have noticed that I have been AWOL - gone for the past two weeks ...
📬 📯 I finally decided to stop accepting out of state jobs - it's just not worth it
📬 📯 I turned down a local job in downtown Houston - at a large bank - which required :"slave labor" and I said no❗
📬 📯 I found a tool - indicator package that helps me decide when to buy and when to sell
📬 📯 I started to trade BitCoin full time - it has turned out to be a 24 hour - all the time activity if you let it. I made some BTC and lost some and have now settled down to a more reasonable trading style and schedule.

📬 📯 These days include my mom's passing to "the better place" (9 years ago), my personal "freedom" day (7 years ago), in a few days - my daughter's 3rd anniversary to her 39th B'day (3 years ago) ...
📬 📯 I have installed NordVPN but it malfunctioned causing my Chromebook needing to restart my accounts - this happened more than once and prevented me to get back to steemit.com besides the lack of time, to begin with. My Chromebook has 10 GB memory for 4 different Gmail accounts and I bought it at 50% discount for $150, 2 years ago, and I'll need maybe double that amount of memory or at least a few more GB to do my charting and trading which eats up memory fast❗

HP - 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Chromebook - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 64GB eMMC Flash Memory - White from Best Buy for $449 - @$150 discount. I should get it delivered today❗
📬 📯 Have you all noticed the prices of gold and silver? I have been buying silver coins to give to my grand kids for months and at less than $14 - $15 dollars for spot silver.

I hope the problems with chrome etc are solved or will be solved soon. It is annoying if you count on it and it doesn't work.
Congratulations with your daughter. I don't believe I would invest in gold or silver. They give you nothing for it. My Granny had a lot I got a part. The kind you won't see these days and ni Goldsmith or jewelry will make or sell. If you want to sell they scam you.
For my grandchildren I will not save, my grandson has parents, both with a good job and it is not my task to give him a future. I still have 2 children who will not be adults (18) in the next years. The eldery (eldest 35) have had enough (money, cars, etc).
Good you set borders to what you are willing to invest in a job.

I did post this in my contest as a sample entry.
I do not want to just AWOL and not leave any information. I care about #ccc and the well being of the #ccc community and its members.
These are pivotal times for me and for the world. However, there are things that we all need to do and steemit.com is not the place to blog or communicate - youtube is.
I don't eat much or spend much and I could not "take it with me" hence, I'll leave things behind to my family.
I do not need to leave anything to my children - therefore, I am planning to leave silver and gold coins (not jewelry) to my grandchildren using money that I do not spend.
