sin new year dec has fall alot anyone know why?
what i think there are not much to do with dec in game all you can do is buy pack and make guild lvl up and buy skin that noone will do. You can earn dec by playing the game and win and playing turnement or burn the reward card you get to dec you get exter if card max out, so there is alot of way to get dec but not much to sink the dec in to the game!!! i a dec holder so i hope the game dec soon do something abuot this falling dec price!!,
is a great game and it back the dec up, i think dec is much better then alot of onther coin that is list in CMC.

what you guys think the game need to do to hold the dec price up?

as long i can see the steemmonster/splinterland buypack say 2000 dec for a pack, that mean they kep it at 1000dec for 1usd, i see as a lost if you sell 1000dec under 1usd.

DEC is an in-game currency that i'm also having a challenging time with. Starts off and feels like it is nothing or only an in-game currency, and nothing else.

But it's an actual currency. It's convoluted but anyone can transfer out DEC into their steem-engine wallet, then exchange that into STEEMP, which you can then convert into STEEM via the in-built Privex market service. It has a fee (it's 1% of conversion, used to be higher than 1%?)

There's plenty that could be done, maybe drop the price of items in the store if paid by DEC (in turn making the developers & owners of Splinterlands more invested in it). New items too.

I would like to see more market activity for the actual NFT cards but maybe there has been some dilution of the market via opensea and its ETH based markets.

tl;dr
dunno

Through @leodex the withdrawal fee is only 0.35%

There's a lot the game can do to get the price of the DEC back up...

  1. Making sure all the prizes at the tournaments are only DEC was not a good idea, I think the awards should vary between STEEM and DEC (maybe another token too).

  2. Paying for a new quest - Many users would pay a certain amount of DECs to get a new quest different from the one they have at that time.

  3. Make users buy more skin and potions, pero como?but how?

I've been recommending this on the suggestion channel on discord for some time now:

Add events to the game (Carnival event, hallowen, Christmas...)

● Each event could come with a new edition of cards (with 5, 7 or 10 event theme cards) limited in quantity and for the days of the event.

● Each event could last 1/2 week (or a season).

● The packs of this edition could only be obtained by buying it with DEC.

Since it can only be buying with DEC, it would help the price of the DEC.

● Each event could bring new skins for some cards (7 or 10, maybe 12).

Make the skins give a bonus in DEC (3% or 5%), this way the users will want to buy it.

There can be 2 types of skins, one for regular foils and another for gold foils (it would be the same skin), but one can only be used in regular foils and the other only in gold foils.

Regular foils could provide a 3% bonus and gold foils a 5% bonus.

Open a market for skins. After the skins run out in the game market, why can't I get it in the secondary market?

When the event is over, the remaining packages will be burned.

This would help to raise the price of the cards and make users want to buy these packages.

There are many things that can be added to the game to make the price of the DEC better and more fun to play.

IT'S TIME TO BUY DEC 🛒🎉

Price has fallen because around 6 level 8 decks have sold off all their cards and close to 14 level 3 and 6 decks have sold off all their cards to cash out. The timing of ao many people trying to pull $ out for taxes, health reasons and other reasons has left the price of DEC low. It will rebound after the great sell off is complete. There are good deals on Beta cards in the market now because of this.
