I have won this battle. Cocatrice is very good for his flying ability and speed. He only afraid of the magic because of his low health.

Naga Windmaster can reduce ememy's range damage. Mermaid Healer also effectively nullify Goblin sorcerer. This team has very low mana cost. It is very effective against range damage dealer. It has splash damage and snipe ability. It has no magical damage at all. So It is also good against Lord Arianthus.
