Yesterday, I managed to scrape into the Diamond tier due to absolute stupid luck! I was really hoping that my luck would hold out a little bit longer for the drawing of the season rewards. With 40 cards to flip over... I was hoping for a nice batch of gold foils of legendary cards.

Sadly... Most of the 40 cards were pretty unimpressive. Except for a single Lord Arianthus! This was actually a pretty crucial draw, as it let me level up my existing Lord Arianthus to level 3, giving him that last Thorns skill. Now he is a complete pain in the arse for opponents of I place him in the front row!

It also means there is very little incentive to level him up to the next level. A increase in hp by 1 is just not really worth it for me... Especially as I don't have the summoner level to actually get it into play anyway!

So, one great card from the season... Time to go shopping for extra beta cards!
