Kabaddi has been a traditional sport in Punjab for hundreds of years. And this game is played in every part of Pakistan. This game is very popular among the youth of my village. Older people, children, young people and people of all ages watch this game with great interest.
This game is not a game of weak and cowardly people but it is a game of brave and courageous youth.
The players of this game work hard for years and then go and compete on the field.
My village has competitions for this sport in the spring.
And there are the last months of winter.
All the villages around our village join in to participate in their spring competitions.
Players of this game eat a lot of meat to maintain their strength and practice.

And drink buffalo milk. In addition, the players of this game who are called Kabaddi wrestlers. They like to eat desi ghee which is made from cow's milk.
Because ghee made from cow's milk is said to provide health and strength. Thus kabaddi wrestlers eat more goat meat.
And use energy-providing foods.
And also exercise very hard.
Running early in the morning and exercising to lift weights do countless hours of exercise like this.
Young people in my area who play this game.
They do not use smoking and narcotics, because narcotics weaken the body and rust the brain.
Young people in my area are now attracted to sports, which provides a healthy environment for young people.

And my country Pakistan is currently the world champion of Kabaddi. Which is a proof of how popular the game of Kabaddi is in Pakistan.
