30 Days at Uniswap DEC/ETH (Total summary)

Today I could claim our LAND thanks our pool at Uniswap DEC/ETH. So now I can calculate IF THIS WAS GOOD INVESTMENT - or not...

Short answer - VERY VERY GOOD INVESTMENT

We invested 800 USD.

First november we put 800 USD in to the DEC/ETH pool. The goal was to maybe get som LAND and some tickets to the lottery. Sell it and get some profit. 5 % in 30 days would be awesome....

We did get 5 LAND
Today I could claim the LAND thanks our money at Uniswap. We did get 5!!! LAND. We thought it should be 3 or 4 so this was good!
If we calculate with 15 USD for each LAND it is 75 USD. Almost 10 % for our investment - in 30 days.

We did get some tickets"
I have tried to calculate the value of every tickets and I think it is about 0,5 USD but I am not sure. But 100 000 Tickets will be distruted among all LP so anyway we will get some.

The value goes UP
The goal was to get some LAND and tickets BUT the best part went out to be the bullrun of ETH and DEC. So the pool went from 800 USD to 1000 USD. But a profit is just a profit if you sell - We will not sell yet. We will keep it there at least 30 days more.

During this period we have also get some fee from Uniswap.
About 2 USD so that is not very much. For 800 USD as a startamount it is just 3 % AYR. So dont come here to take profit from the fee. Then you should use other pairs at Uniswap.

LESS NEXT MONTH

DEC is up around 0,9 and I dont think it will go much higher. So I dont think that will push up the value. But we can hope ETH make a good move

ANd we will get less LAND next round. I see it is A LOT people coming here now. Last month we had about 0,4 % of the pool. Now it is 0,3 and going down...

But still - if we only get 2 land it is still very good. To get value of 30 USD for an investment of 1000 USD in 30 days is still 3 %/month.
