My thoughts on Splinterlands SPS launch considering PancakeSwap announcements
I had a lot to say so i recorded it...
I did some math and share a ton of stats and figures
My primary focus was what PancakeSwap is doing to promote SPS

but there are a lot of moving parts and making a solid guess on where SPS will move is pretty hard if not impossible.

Originally a message in discord for users who didn't see this post.
I did a Hive post yesterday documenting that it is almost certain that 1.8 million SPS-BNB will be staked into the pancake-swap farm (this doesn't mean the LP of the LP it is above and beyond that)
If you look at dozens and dozens of .5x multiplier farms they all hit that 1.8m mark.
The cake-stake syrup pool is harder to judge how much cake will get staked BUT it does seem like all their pools end up with an APR between 65-80% Which is impossible today because of the 100 cake per wallet limit. But in 45hrs I hope people are aware there are going to be some big time cake holders who will go all in and push the apr down to close to 100% (because dozens and dozens of pools have all ended up that way... this was part of the deal with Cake that splinterlands give them SPS to promote their project) and it's almost expected that happy cake holder (who cares nothing about our project) will sell whatever SPS they get. (maybe some will put into the sps-bnb pool to earn cake)
The hope is that a lot of splinterlands fans stake cake in the pool who actually want the SPS and won't sell it like the cake-whales.
But on the other hand the sps-bnb farm is only half way there to the 1.8m liquidity it will go up for certain because all but 1 are 1.8m+ and the one that isn't is 1.6m and many are well over 2m... so this is still a driving force upward for the price and the total in the sps-bnb FARM will go well above 1.8m if the APR stays attractive. (aka if the price of SPS stays high)
