Peak Pool is back - Gauranteed land this time

We didn't win 2 pools last time but this time they are guaranteed up to two regions.
So what to know?

  1. Those who entered last time are first in line
  2. Send 9000/dec per plot to @peakpool using IN GAME wallet
  3. This is a change for this round to use in game wallet.
    We want to stay consistent and use one transfer method and I see they have a good transaction browswer.
  4. Any active loyal PeakMonsters user can add to the pools but those who submitted last time are first in line.
  5. There should be plenty of land available.
  6. You can ask here if you qualify to join the pool. (aka you are a loyal user of the PeakMonsters.com/market)
  7. PeakMonsters account is not guaranteeing to pay for a region this time around (it doesn't have sufficient DEC anymore) therefore regions need to fill up with other pool users.
  8. We will divide up raffle tickets proportionately
  9. These regions should be considered a normal region and peakmonsters itself will have no further dealings with the region after everything is passed out... this means governance is up to everyone in the region and we take no responsibility.
  10. If peakmonsters does buy land in the region we will be just another land owner like the rest of you all.
  11. Please make sure all your concerns are answered before putting DEC into @peakpool account
  12. The totem? It's one solitary item that can't be divided and even if it could that's yet another round of work to do. My suggestion is that we give away the second totem if you guys can fill up 2 regions... we'll do it as a sort of lottery perhaps? The first one we propose should go to jarvie for handling what will end up being 5 region pools (3 the first time and 2 the second time)
  13. Titles - If you get a tract we will give you a title for it.
  14. Max tracts is proposed to be 4 so that no one has a majority in a region
  15. If some land remains at end in last couple days then we will open it for more than 4 tracts

Change from 1st round when I sent 90K DEC for 12 plots.

Hi guys, happy to see you reopen secured pools.
I'm in another pool, waiting to join their secured region, but I think it will fill up before it's my turn, so I'm looking around also for other pools.
Am I, eventually, eligible to join yours?

I'm interested in a Tract.. how can I check to see how many people have already gotten into the pool? Would I be guaranteed into the first region at this point? Thank you!

Title can potentially be broken up to explorers prior to receiving them. Is there a possibility to obtain a explorer title with 10 plots? Thanks!

"THE PRAETORIAN" title can be splitted in 10 "THE EXPLORER" titles, but only 100 plots give you the right to have it included in land purchase.
With less than 100 plots you can always buy the title by someone who sells it or gives it away.

Hi there.

I'm still interested in purchasing lands. Is there still space remaining in the 2 regions for up to 1 tract, and do I count as a sufficiently active user?

I'm not yet sure how much I would like to purchase, but for sure not more than 1 tract.
