PeakMonsters LAND POOL update

  1. We will for sure be submitting for two regions ... one has already been paid for but we feel no rush on submitting the next one in the next couple days.

  2. We already have PeakMonsters users submitting for over 5 tracts with several others planning on more.

  3. Peakmonsters account will commit to just 4 tracts meaning that it will not have total majority for governance concerns. This is a new change we were planning on 5 but to make sure there are no future concerns with voting we will go towards a lower quantity.

  4. We remind those interested that we are not doing a pool because we need helping funding a pool... we are doing this only to help our paying customers. (market users) Also because we don't think for the health of splinterlands that land whales are helpful so we don't want to be one if possible.

  5. We remind that this is only for PeakMonsters market users... you don't have to use it a ton we just expect that peakmonsters.com/market is your loyal market choice. We have turned away many people because this really is just a perk we wanted to offer for our loyal users.

  6. We are fine if you choose another pool and if you're interested in ours make sure all your questions and reservations are solved up front.

  7. jarvie is planning on 6 tracts (Willing to do more) in his region and the praetorian title. But there are still tract titles available for everyone because peakmonsters doesn't need all 4 of it's titles.

  8. We made zero plans for the raffle and will take suggestions but having no expectations is probably wise.
    Again we are more of an unnoficial land pool letting people jump in with what we were already going to buy... so don't expect perfect polish on this.

  9. FIRST COME... send DEC to @peakpool and those who submit first will get first choice of what region they want to be in. If the regions sell out and we don't win all the lottery spaces then this will for sure impact those who submitted first.

  10. You can sell back land or request back your DEC at any time... even after the land sale. Up until the land is specifically revealed some day in the future.

  11. don't send DEC via in game but via keychain/hive-engine/peakd so that we can see who sent first.

  12. Send to @peakpool as soon as you get the OK from us... if you know you use peakmonsters.com/market to buy all your stuff and are 100% confident go for it.

I would like to purchase two plots of land. I loan cards on peakmonsters and my account volume is over 100. Can I still get in on the pool?

I haven't transacted much with you because the In Game market is so useful and with similar prices but I am always considering leasing my cards so yeah, when I want to do that, I mean you're the only game in town. I also am always on the site to check my collection value. I love it!

What's the perk of pooling together as opposed to buying individually?

Discount is the only perk in my opinion and perhaps being in a region with people that you may be in a guild with

I'll send over DEC as soon as you confirm my account qualifies... small fish status here but I still want to make sure it's all good before sending the DEC over.

11 individual plots in whichever region works for me.
