Welcome back to my blog where I'll try to review a splinterlands card in every detailed way possible with gameplay with the card and this time I'm going to review the Beatrix Ironhand.

Beatrix Ironhand ^{(EPIC Earth Monster)}

My mind was taken away by this ninja lady of untamed edition a long ago when it first came to existence especially for its mind-blowing look. Holding a huge blade on hand, this lady (I'm not addressing her as a monster) looks so awesome. Then I've made up my mind that someday I'd try her on the battlefield. Its speciality lies in its "Close Range" ability that unlocks at the first level and that ability allows it to attack from the first position even after being a ranged attacker.

I've used this ninja lady in level 1 on the battlefield with 2 ranged attacks, 4 speed & 5 health with the "Close Range" ability, and it needs 6 mana to join a battle.

A Brief Info About The Match

---

The battle mana cap was 22 with the "Standard" ruleset where I used the earth splinter for the battle and my opponent used the death splinter against me.

I didn't really check on the special ability of Beatrix Ironhand otherwise I'd definitely placed her in the first position but I don't think placing her behind two melee monsters was a very bad idea as in this way she should have got to live for more time while attacking from distance and she had the chance to attack from the first position as well if all other monsters get to die, we'll know what will happen with this battle.

I had my Nectar Queen in level 1, Minotaur Warrior in level 1, Beatrix Ironhand in level 1 & Furious Chicken in level 1.

And my opponent had his/her cards as Undead Rexx in level 1, Skeleton Assassin in level 1, Twisted Jester in level 1 & Haunted Spider in level 1.

I've used four monsters where one was the Nectar Queen which is one of my favourite melee monsters of earth splinter, then I've used the Minotaur Warrior after a very long time for its low mana and "Reach" ability, then the Beatrix Ironhand, and at last, when there was no mana left, I've used the Furious Chicken as an extra head.

Let me talk about cards that I used in this battle.

No 01: Nectar Queen ^{(Common Earth Monster)}

---

Unlike most queen bees, Nectar Queen is a vampire bee that lusts for a real taste for blood.

This bee is so powerful with a big melee attack and health.
I normally like to use this monster in every big mana battle in the first position.

My Nectar Queen is in level 1 with 4 melee attacks, 2 speeds, 10 health with the "Flying" ability and it needs 9 mana for battle.

No 01: Minotaur Warrior ^{(Common Earth Monster)}

Minotaur warrior is that "OX" which I used to use almost in every battle that I played with the earth splinter as this monster was the best melee attacker with the "Reach" ability at that time for the earth splinter. I had this monster on a higher level and this monster is a loyal warrior who really does a lot on the battlefield.

My Minotaur Warrior is in level 1 with 1 melee attack, 3 speed, 1 shield & 2 health with the "Reach" ability, and it needs 4 mana to do a battle.

No 04: Furious Chicken ^{(Rare Neutral Monster)}

This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.
It's like the chicken that lays the golden egg. It provides great support with its counterattack. With 0 mana... it's just amazing.

My Furious Chicken is in level 1 with 1 speed, 1 health and It needs 0 mana to play.

On the battlefield.

For the special buff of my summoner, all my monsters include the ninja lady got +1 health each. And for the special buff of my opponent's summoner, one of my monsters lost 1 melee attack. Then my Beatrix Ironhand, the most speed holder in both teams started the battle with her first attack on my opponent's Undead Rexx and killed 2 health out of 9 and right after that, the Skeleton Assassin of my opponent tried to grill my chicken but my chicken got half grilled at that moment. Then a ranged to another ranged, Twisted Jester of my opponent attacked and killed 2 health of my Beatrix Ironhand out of 6. Then one after another, my Minotaur Warrior and Nectar Queen attacked and killed 4 health of my opponent's Undead Rexx out of 7. Now for the first time, the Undead Rexx of my opponent attacked but it missed its first attack on my Nectar Queen which means that this monster is never gonna kill a single health of any monster of my team in this battle cause it's gonna die soon. Then the Haunted Spider of my opponent team attacked and killed some health out of my Nectar Queen.

A new beginning with a new round and it started with the blade attack of my Beatrix Ironhand. Then the Skeleton Assassin of my opponent got success in grilling my chicken and kinda had a fest with it. Then with a low attack of my Minotaur Warrior, the Undead Rexx of my opponent got died as it had only 1 health left at this moment. Then the Twisted Jester attacked and killed 2 more health of my Beatrix Ironhand and should've been the last attack of that Twisted Jester cause its dying time was knocking at the door. After he Skeleton Assassin came forward to the first position, my Nectar Queen killed it with pleasure and then the Twisted Jester came forward.

Now that the Twisted Jester was unable to attack anyone, my Beatrix Ironhand at first attacked it and killed half of its health and then two of my melee monsters attacked and killed it. The haunted spider attacked my Nectar Queen in the meantime but couldn't do a lot with its small attack.

Then the Haunted Spider which was the only monster left in my opponent team, came forward to the first position and my Beatrix Ironhand attacked only once and killed that monster with great pleasure. The battle started with my Beatrix Ironhand and ended with my Beatrix Ironhand as well.

The battle got finished in round 4 while my team had two monsters and the ninja lady alive. It was indeed a fantastic battle that my team fought and my Beatrix Ironhand also did awesome on the battlefield.
