Battle Time!

How's the season so far? Mine is progressing slowly -- why is it that there's barely a week left to the season? Seriously, there is something wrong with time.

Like it was just yesterday when I shared my battle about the Child of the Forest, and now here we are, just a few hours again before the weekly challenge lapses. So before the day ends, let me share about my one and only battle with our featured Card this week --

Captain's Ghost

When the weekly theme was announced last week, I thought I won't be able to share anything about it. Poor me, I did not have this card that time.

Sometime during the week, I miraculously got this as a reward from one of my daily quests. Yay!

My Water splinters aren't really the best. They are actually my weakest cards, that is why, more often than not, I choose to change my quest when it's with water.

Okay, so what if the only active elements in a game rule set are your weakest? Well, choose the better. Haha.

Below is the one and only time that I have used the Captain's Ghost, which was yesterday. It was nail-biting, spine-chilling,and horrifying down to the final round.

Summoner: Level 1 Alric Stormbringer
First Line: Gelatinous Cube
Second Line: Coral Wraith
Third Line: Creeping Ooze
Fourth Line: Furious Chicken
Fifth Line: Water Elemental
Sixth Line: Captain's Ghost

It helped that the Gelatinous Cube was at the first line, scavenging all lives lost while my team was busy attacking from the back. It survived up until Round 5 out of the 7. The Creeping Ooze and Furious Chicken also bought much needed attacks from the Water Elemental and the Captain's Ghost as the enemies were busy attacking them.

I was already out-manned by Round 3, but Water Elemental and Captain's Ghost were able to still nail it. Great job, boys! haha.
