Meeting Jyitu Burudo

This morning I woke up feeling rather off. I slept too early last night, so naturally I was wide awake in the wee hours. When it was time to finally get up, I felt like I didn't get to rest at all.

What's best way to soothe my being but through "retail therapy"? I know most people (or ladies) will be able to attest that shopping can really do uplift our mood.

So I met with the great explorer Jyitu Burudo. I heard he has come back from his expedition and decided to sell his finds.

Whew, I just really hope that this Jyitu guy does not come with some mediocre merchandise that only wants to get some hype. From what I heard, he worked hard to find these "ΛZMΛRÉ Dice" as they call it. The more I hear about it, the more I want to find out.

It is time to meet Jyitu Burudo. I have with me the agreed price. 3,000 DEC a piece. I'd say, it's not too cheap. But since I earned these while having fun, I guess it will be worth it in the end.

Skeptical at first, I told Jyitu to give me just one ΛZMΛRÉ Dice. I mean, how do I trust this guy? Those red eyes and tentacles? Hey, I just have to keep some edge, right? Let's not go too deep. Yet.

Right in front of him, I cracked the dice. Lo and behold. There appeared five new monsters and summoners. I have never seen them before! The legends are true. There really are monsters and summoner essences trapped in these dice, and it seems like they have really strong abilities.

Once Is Not Enough

Perhaps Jyitu Burudo saw the sparkle in my eyes when I cracked the first dice. He suggested, I check my resources and purchase another. These monsters could really change my game.

I checked my pocket and found I was 500DECs short. Darn. What should I do? Think. Think. Think.

So there. A few moments later, we reached another agreement and he handed over another shiny ΛZMΛRÉ Dice. Cross fingers, this would be a good deal.

Rubbing my palms in excitement, I eagerly watched as the second dice cracked before my eyes. What could be inside? Oh, this better be good!

Oh well, there were 20 - 6 new summoners and 14 new monsters that were detected in these dice, but I ended up getting only 7 non-identical cards. Three were duplicates.

After cracking the second dice, I was still itching to get more. However, I don't want to splurge too much. Besides, this short meeting with Jyitu already lifted my mood. That's mission accomplished on the "retail therapy" side.

Battle-wise, I already started to play with these new cards several times today. Owster Rotwell did great giving that Reflect ability to the friendly monsters. It was so cool to watch my monster just reflect the damage back to the opponent! I have also tried the Earth Summoner Mylor Crowling once, and given that I do not have any monster with Thorn ability, him giving that is lit!
