Spineback Wolves are so dangerous for the spikes on their backs and necks and for their teeth that can tear apart opponent monsters in a glimpse of an eye. And their saliva is also a powerful corrosive acid. Such a wolf should be seen in the death splinter. After being a melee monster, this one can attack from the second position as well for having the "Snipe" ability and it does have it from the lowest level.

My Spineback Wolf is in level 1 with 1 ranged attack, 6 speeds, 1 shield, 3 health with the "Snipe" ability and It needs 5 mana to play.

A Brief Info About The Match

The battles mana cap was 24 with the "Standard" rule where I've used the death splinter and my opponent also used the water splinter against me.

My Lineup.

I had my Haunted Spirit in level 1, Spineback Wolf in level 1, Phantom Soldier in level 1, Haunted Spider in level 1 & Furious Chicken in level 1.

And my opponent had his/her cards as Sea Monster in level 1, Cocatrice in level 1, Enchanted Pixie in level 1, Crustacean King & Water Elemental in level 1.

No 01: HAUNTED SPIRIT ^{(RARE Death Monster)}

This is the melee attacker of death splinter which I use in every battle that I play with death splinter if it's available for that battle. One of the finest monsters of death splinter. I like its power, especially its "Heal" ability.

My HAUNTED SPIRIT is in level 1 with 2 melee attacks, 2 speed, 7 health with the "Heal" ability, and this monster need 5 mana to play.

No 03: PHANTOM SOLDIER ^{(EPIC Death Monster)}

I still remember those days playing battle with death splinter where there was this monster. Then when I added this monster to my deck, I could see its beauty... the beauty in its action. With "flying" ability, this monster is the best fit in the earthquake ruleset and it has so nice powers.

My PHANTOM SOLDIER is in level 1 with 2 magic attacks, 3 speed, 8 health with "Flying" ability, and it needs 8 mana for the battle.

No 04: HAUNTED SPIDER ^{(COMMON Death Monster)}

This is a spider but not a normal one. You should check on its nails, they're as sharp as blades made with steel. This is a very nice and helpful monster in death splinter. It's a great fit for the little mana rule too.

My HAUNTED SPIDER is in level 1 with 2 ranged attacks, 1 speed, 2 health and it needs 3 mana to play.

No 05: Furious Chicken ^{(Rare Neutral Monster)}

This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.
It's like the chicken that lays the golden egg. It provides great support with its counterattack. With 0 mana... it's just amazing.

My Furious Chicken is in level 1 with 1 speed, 1 health and It needs 0 mana to play.

• In my personal opinion... Spineback Wolf is a nice fit for the ruleset till it has nice supporters.

For the special ability of my summoner, all the opponent melee monsters that had melee attack greater than 1 should've lost 1 melee attack each but my opponent team had only one monster who had melee attack greater than 1 and he alone lost 1 melee attack. And for the special ability of my opponent's summoner, all the opponent magic monsters could get +1 magic attack each and my opponent had only one magic monster so that monster alone got +1 magic attack. Then... my Spineback Wolf started the battle with its first attack on the Sea Monster of my opponent and successfully killed one health of that monster. Then Water Elemental of my opponent team attacked and killed 2 health of my Haunted Spirit and following, my Phantom Soldier attacked and killed two more health of the Sea Monster of the opponent team. Then Enchanted Pixie of my opponent team attacked my Haunted Spirit and right after that, my Haunted Spirit healed its health and attacked the Sea Monster of my opponent team and my Haunted Spider also followed my Haunted Spirit in attacking the Sea Monster of my opponent team. It'd be a better opportunity for my team if they could take another health out of the Sea Monster of my opponent team as it already lost all the health except one and then it healed and attacked my Haunted Spirit with 3 melee attacks.

With a melee attack of my Spineback Wolf, another round began and my Haunted Spirit died at the beginning through an attack of Water Elemental of my opponent team. Then my Phantom Soldier and Haunted Spider attacked and killed the Sea Monster of my opponent team and then my team got relieved for a sec although Enchanted Pixie of my opponent team attacked and killed most of the health of my Spineback Wolf in the meantime. After some more attacks from both teams, my Spineback Wolf got died and the killer was the Enchanted Pixie of my opponent team. Then my Haunted Spider avenged the death of my Spineback Wolf.

Then the Water Elemental of my opponent came to the front position but it was of no use at that position for being a ranged attack monster. My Haunted Spider attacked and killed the Water Elemental of my opponent then another round got started and that opponent monster healed back its lost health although it was unable to attack which was good for my team.

Then my Phantom Soldier attacked and killed two health of the opponent monster out of four and then my Haunted Spider tried the same but it missed the target. Then another round started and the opponent monster healed back its health again. Then my Haunted Spider didn't miss the next time. First, my Phantom Soldier and then my Haunted Spider attacked and killed the last monster of my opponent team.

The battle got finished in round 6 while my team still had three monsters alive. It was indeed a fantastic battle that my team fought.
