Hi folks! Another week, another challenge! This time the incredible team from Splinterlands choose a card which I like very much, Water Elemental. Did I mention I literally love Water, especially when it has the ability of healing itself😂? I'm particularly in love with this card because it's just perfect in the last spot of your battle line: it's strong, with the range attack, it's quick and it can heal, making enemy's monster with sneak ability almost useless.

Water Elemental is not super cheap but can be easily afforded at level 1: currently it's valued 0.71 $ on the market, while 5.20 $ are needed for a level 5.

He more skilled summoners of ΛZMΛRÉ can summon water in its Elemental form. After the Water Elemental completes its summoned duty, it simply goes free. Most of them recede into the deeper reaches of the Dark Water, joining the Elemental Hordes of the Deep.

Water Elemental is really useful, thanks to its mid-level mana evoking cost it can be used in a lot of battles. Whenever I see my enemy likes to use sneak abilities, I always use Water Elemental (not many ranged attack card has healing abilities in the game).
If you consider that Water is one my favorite splinter, you'll immediately realize that I play this card a lot.

For this battle, I decided to use one of my newest legendary Summoners, Lir Deepswimmer, to provide even more protection to my cards.
Since I was already prepared to face ranged and melee attack I decided to use a slow but power and magic resistant tank, Torhilo the Frozen.

To avoid threats from enemies with snipe ability I used a War Chang, a card with retaliate ability, followed by a Sand Worm, a Captain Ghost to avoid my enemy's tank from healing, an Axemaster to reduce enemy's ranged, and our man itself Water Elemental.

My strategy was pretty much simple: I wanted my team to have no weak point, because I knew I was stronger than my opponents. That's why I opted for a well balanced team.

My strategy worked out pretty good at the end, and I'm still running for a top spot in the bronze league
