NOVICE to DIAMOND in a day - 🔥 POCKET PICKS 🔥
So much has changed since the last time I logged in. The UI looks cooler and there are "UNTAMED" now?
Some of my favorite cards have even gone out of printing!
Where does this leave me? Well, in the wood works. Literally. Novice.
With no rank and almost no memory of how the game works, lets jump into it!
My previous highest rank was GOLD 3. I had invested minimal amounts and was an avid giveaway hunter and getting my fingers dripped in that juicy card trading scene.
Getting to gold is relatively easy. A few small bucks to upgrade a selection of cards and understanding of the rules gives you the upper hand.
With a small budget, it becomes super easy to see the gold in the pot.
I knew the game was changed, there were updates. But I wasn't expecting a whole jump in a League.
The novice through bronze 1 league can be bulldozed easily if you have leveled up a few cards. Not too many, just a few.
Having a few pocket picks and combinations can steampunk right through these leagues, of course, without the intention to complete your daily quests.
I wasn't sure if my pocket trio had been effected or countered in the days off, but I was willing to try.
This trinity of the life class can subdue almost everything in lower leagues. It works really well with Tyrus Paladium's passive and the advantage of lower understanding of the game in these levels.
Like I said, a small investment and a grasp of the rules can help you blow through the lower levels.
From there on it gets a little more challenging. You have to trust your pocket picks, but also start diversifying you combos and strategies.
From silver 3 you have to keep in mind people are investing both time and money, however huge or small the investment is.

I think you are right it’s relatively easy to get into gold. I’m struggling to get out of diamond. I think that’s going to take an investment since a lot of my opponents have maxed out cards
I just stepped into diamond last season. I really do not have much knowledge about that league to comment on it. But it only makes sense the higher leagues will demand higher investments.
Yeah with a modest investment diamond pretty obtainable. It seems like the investment for the top league is not linear.
What do you mean not linear? Can you elaborate on it when you have the time?
When I mean linear it is if you spend a dollar on a card you get a dollars worth of gain in the lower leagues because it’s cost less to up grade your cards at lower levels. At a higher level you need to spend more on cards to get the same gain.
That is such a brilliant observation. I have never even wandered in to that level, since I never planned on investing. This is an eye opener.
Spending a few hundred on a gold foil is not in my future either.
