Using the New Epic Fire Monster Goblin FIremage

I got lucky and got a few copies of the new epic monster!

His design looks really cool with the fire coming from his hands, but how does he stack up in battle?

At first glance he looks to be an ok card, at lv 1, four mana, one magic attack, two speed, three health. About the same as other epic four mana monsters.
What's interesting about him though, is his skill, dispel, which erases any positive status effects on monsters he attacks.

He's the only monster I own that has that skill so it will be interesting to see how it does.

So let's try him out! I will be using him as lv 1 in the silver league.

After playing a few matches, I realized that the skill isn't all that useful. It isnt very common where monsters even have positive buffs that can even be erased by dispel. And in matches with monsters that do have those buffs, it usually is more efficient to use monsters with higher attack or health, or skills like snipe and sneak.

Maybe he will get more uses when newer monsters come out or when land expansion arrives and potions and spells are implemented. That remains to be seen.
