Death splinter is my number one hated deck to use. If I have to use it, I usually use the grim reaper card since it has a decent amount of hp and affliction. Well most of the cards I have are just the untamed cards and some reward cards so I can't get a decent strategy without mimosa.
Interesting... It looks that Untamed series cards for Death Splinter aren't too good... I use mostly Beta cards, and I'm super-satisfied with them... Death Splinter is my fav!

What can i do with the potions?
When you buy (and open) packs, they are giving you a better probability of getting Gold Foiled card, or Legendary card... (depends on potion)
I'd vote the death splinter to be my least favorite, too. Contessa has really bad winrates and I haven't found a viable combo, yet. Aside from the strong flying ability cards that are useful for earthquake battles, my favorite card is Jarlax the Undead. Used in sub 13 mana battles, he allows you to play 2 strong cards instead of just one tank plus fillers. Besides he can summon lvl. 2 commons at lvl. 1.

Interesting comments on this post... It looks that Contessa wasn't a good choice for Death Splinter... I use Zintar Mortalis Summoners, and -1 Melee to opponent is an awesome thing... Only because of that I can beat someone who plays with Life Splinter, for example.... Also, some other Beta edition cards are awesome...

BEER.death is my favorite splinter, so this is a tough one to narrow down. i love skeleton assassin and undead badger, so leveling up my maggots and adding them in lower mana battles would be awesome. Thanks for the chance

my haunted spider is only level 5, so i only use it in a pinch. my go to lineup (for high mana matches) is ha'on, pegasus, phantom soldier, soulstorm, elvin mystic, and octopider with contessa as the summoner. -2 range, -2 magic, and -1 melee. everything funnels through the ha'on because of taunt and the blind from octopider and his flying ability give me some misses and he also has reflect so those weakened magic attacks get sent back.
That's a nice combination... My Ha'on and Pegasus are only level 1, so I almost don't use them at all... Phantom soldier is a must in high mana matches... It's such a good card!
I really like the fallen spectre. It's ability to lower range and mellee attacks is so useful.
My Fallen Spectre is only Level 2, so it doesn't have lower range ability yet... I use the card when there is an Equalizer rule ON... as for having 1 life, it almost always die in the first round... :(

Well, I disliked Death until I got Ancient Lich as my first legendary reward card. That made it a lot more viable. Heh, also Owster Rotwell can make for a fun team full of reflect magic monsters :D
Yeah... It's a bit easier with legendary card... :) I didn't try Dice edition cards at all... I should take a look... ;) That Owster Rotwell look cool!
