Hi monster maniacs, this time the weekly challenge of @Splintelands is to battle with the Spark Pixies, This is another card that I have recently added to my collection in order to fulfill this weekly challenge, and I must say that it is a very good long distance attack card with very decent stats and a quite low mana cost, all this complements very well with their abilities.

Spark Pixies abilities

Flying
Spark Pixies are often targeted by opportunity cards, Flying helps make the card more elusive.
Stun
Available from level 5, this is the best skill this card can have, I love cards that can cause stun from distance. This skill makes Spark Pixies an excellent card to use along with cards with Knock Down.
Poison
This ability unlocks in at the maximum level and turns the spark pixie into a very, very elusive devil card.

Let's see the Spark Pixies in a battle.

The line up

Talia Firestorm
The silent summoners rule does not affect her in the least, it is the perfect card to use on this occasion.
Goblin Shaman
Will be in charge of defending the front line, this time there will be no main tank, but it will be necessary to slow down the enemy team and reduce their life points.
Flame Imp
While the goblin shaman slows the enemy down, the flame imp will increase our speed, we need speed and I love speed.
Spark Pixies
We have a fast team, will spark pixies be able to stun the enemy tank before it does any damage?
Beetle Queen
More magical attack, and eventually heal someone, a little.

The strategy work?

This team was designed to perform the highest amount of magic damage as quickly as possible, using low mana cards and totally dispensing with the use of a tank, a totally offensive team in which the spark pixies had the mission to avoid the attack of any powerful tank by stunning it quickly, but this last one didn't happen, and it wasn't necessary either.

The strategy worked this time, the team quickly knocking down the Cerberus and the enemy Beetle Queen, giving us an advantage that would give us the necessary momentum to win the battle.

What do you think about it? Leave me your comment.

See you in the game.

Don't you just love those little pixies?! I do. At first it was purely based on their name and art... but now? They can be murderess little buggers!
