Splinterlands - Water Splinter Focus - x15 Chests
First Splinter this season that isn't Earth hahaha, I've been waiting around for a couple days in-between some grinds also to regenerate energy. Not sure if its necessary, not like I'm earning much DEC after all. Is it possible to play at 0%?
Any-who I secured myself up 15 chests this time round! I didn't expect to pull so many due to Earth being my go-to Splinter, I'm definitely at home with Earth and any other Splinters currently feel foreign to me, I'm still re-learning the game so I'm taking it as baby steps
Big Shout-out to the homie @engilhramn for your advice regarding how to obtain higher RP per win it definitely helped out a tonne!
I rented myself up a bunch of GF cards for cheap and a level 2 summoner which improved my RP output by double if not triple, it made the grind so much easier, even secured myself up 6 more season chests from this water focus, happy all round!
Again, not much in value for the reward chests but I am re-learning the game and enjoying myself, so I don't care if I lose out on some DEC in terms of rentals one day compared to what I'd take in, its all part of the enjoyment right now.
That being said, my rental cost was 36.267 DEC for the day and I managed to open 88 in my chests, todays chest value was 0.28$ but we're happy with gaining some CP again, always happy for some cards!
Wow! 15 Chests on the Daily focus in Bronze League is Inspiring. Today I reach 6 Focus chests for the first time ever and I'm thrilled 😂 I have enough RP to reach Bronze I but only 2500 CP. I wonder if there's and advantage in renting more CP (enough to reach Bronze I ) to get better rewards

It's definitely exciting upping your daily reward chests even if Bronze doesn't have the best of rewards 😅 I'm not too sure if there is a difference between Bronze 2/1 in terms of rewards but if you did want to push to Bronze 1 renting isn't a bad option with your daily focus like I've been aiming to do!
With my reward DEC I use it for more rentals for my next focus, I've now started renting up GFs over regular cards (which isn't really a huge increase in the DEC) but the CP increase is quite impressive for some cards, was close to 15k CP the other day from renting cards for my daily focus in bronze which got me thinking, pushing to Silver 3 wouldn't cost more than say 20-30 DEC a day, I currently just hit 5k CP myself with my own cards, so its always an option if you got the DEC to spare/play around with!

I'll have to think about whether to return to silver III next season, I play a little but I barely reach 6 chests a day and on special occasions, although if I liked the rewards.

I think I'm just having some good luck due to it being the bronze league, games are pretty easy here for me I'm sure Id get my ass handed to me in the silvers as my decks couldn't compare, I hope you get some rewarding chests soon my brother, even 6 silvers a day is better than bronzes!

According to the percentages I've seen I understand why you say so, I've gotten interesting rewards even with 3 chests, like Chaos Legion packs, and Legendary Reward Cards.

I never got 15 in focus, seems to take lot of time, maybe have to be full on energy capture. Most ive got is like 6 so far.

tbh it has taken some time but I'm enjoying SPL again so its more entertainment than profit right now, I got bronze league to thank for the easy chests though hahaha and mylor earth focuses, just ez mode for bronze

Oh by the way, ECR is used for DEC and RP, so definitely no point in playing with low ECR.
My rewards are still crappy... Hunting silver chests while playing in Bronze is not the best... But well, you've seen the changes in the rewards system? That's my luck to lose the only season it was possible to lose! It is what it is...

Ahh fantastic, I wasn't sure on that side of things but I presumed it should be the case, good to know again thank you! makes sense why some days RP was depressingly low
I think thats the issue I'll be having going forward- as I want to push up also but the CP cost is too much, could maintain it for a season I guess but if its not profitable in the longrun, 12 weeks of rentals would eat away at my DEC/earnings
