SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! -- Sea Monster

...Hello Splinterland enthusiasts....it's been a while since my last battle challenge post ...
...this week's challenge is a battle where Sea Monster is involved...
...the battle i'm gonna post today is not the perfect choice for the Sea Monster but i found it on my battle list and i thought 'why not ,let's post a battle which i won despite the fact that i didn't comply to the the rules of the fight 100%' ...

...Sea Monster a melee attack monster with the healing ability from lvl 1 i can say that it is the perfect tank...
...you can use it in the first place of your troops formation without second thoughts...
...its 8 life points gives you the safety that this monster can get a lot of damage before dying so it's the perfect protection for its fellow-fighters..
...you should also never underestimate its attack power....4 attack points is something every opponent should take under serious consideration!!!!
...but there are some cons as well....its great disadvantage is the low agility....it moves pretty slow with this 1 point of speed,so its turn to play is always at the end of the queue...
...if you get a battle where the rules give the opportunity to the lowest speed monster attack first then it's a different deal of course!!!
...but lets get to the stats of Sea Monster!!!

....i use this monster enough times to say that it is a very valuable monster to my gameplay...
...you don't have to agree on this,i understand every player has a different style but you cannot overlook the power of the monster....
...its a solid rock...a huge monster.....
...as a result of this it will consume 8 whole points of mana so it is a very tricky monster and you need some experience on battling before you use it correctly...
...on the specific battle i uploaded the game gave me 99 points of mana which means i could use any monster i wanted...
...99 mana cap battle is the king of all battles cause you can use all your 'crown' monsters...
...lost magic and earthquake were the rules accompanying the battle so my first thought was i'm gonna use as a Summoner my Dragon Lady....Daria Dragonscale...in order to unleash my Dragon Splinter's power...

...i have a Gold Foil Daria an expensive card to acquire right now...i remember i won this card as a reward on a season's ending....

...Daria adds one attack point on every melee attack monster on her team...she was perfect for my plan...

....don't forget the earthquake effect...it causes 2 points on damage on every monster that cannot fly so picking Daria i could get as many flying dragon as i could get...
...as a backup Splinter i chose the water Splinter...

...my Gold Foil Daria gave me the opportunity to use my Gold Foil Sea Monster lvl 4 ...
...yes this is a great advantage for me...i will repeat myself saying that i play with a lvl 1 deck so a lvl 4 Sea Monster is an additional boost for a player like me...
...the healing ability could give me back the life points earthquake would take so i place the serpent in the first place of the battlfield...
...in second place it was Gloridax Guardian's turn...a melee attack monster with 'Reach' ability perfect in second place...
...in the third place i used my Dragon Jumper...i love this monster....a melee attack flying assassin...the opportunity ability gives him the advantage to hit any monster on the terrain....born to kill....
..in the rest 3 places i picked range attack dragons as they follow my cute Fire Spitter , my Lightning Dragon and my beloved alpha edition Royal Dragon Archer!!...
...was ready to fight and so i did....
...let me give you a tip....why i used my archer with the snipe ability ?....i did it to cause damage to any rival range attack monster in conjuction with my Dragon Jumper thought they would be the perfect combination....

• Fire Spitter lvl 1
• Lightning Dragon lvl 1
• Royal Dragon Archer lvl 1

...i was victorious as you can easily see for yourself....
...i had some casualties though...i lost my Sea Monster,my Guardian and the Spitter...
...they will be healed for the next battle....
...13 valuable DEC added to my total balance...
...forgot to tell you that i bought a plot for 20.000 DEC....i lost my chance when it was at 10.000 DEC and i paid my mistake expensive...
