CARNAGE TITAN the best CL airdrop or market manipulation?! (Salty post?)

avatar

I admit i was wrong wrong thinking CARNAGE TITAN was bad and worth only 8 dollar. It was a bad move selling him for only 11 dollar.
He is the most expensive airdrop card. Is he worth that title? i don't think so.

Carnage Titan

I checked the price of CARNAGE TITAN daily and most of them are sold but traders, not players.
At the moment the account "tradingideas" seems to provide the majority of the CARNAGE TITAN cards on the market, his sales are slowing down and i'm really excited what his next move will be, HODL or slow sell his position and keep prices below 20 dollar.

I'm sure most cards on the market were bought-up by traders to make a quick buck, creating a artificial scarcity and driving-up the price.
BUT i have seem CARNAGE TITAN in action, he is way better than i thought and, mightbe more important, he seems to make fun new compositions possible.
Yes, i am a salty i sold him off, i think he will be worth way more if we are not being drowned in new cards and opportunities and the player base will growh again.

Actually, CARNAGE TITAN is a very strong card.
His price increased because of his scarcity.
But there will be more cards in the market in near future when people open the CL packs.
Then his price will be dropped to his true value :)

Why do you think more people will open CL packs?

I don't say more people will open CL packs. I just said more CL packs will be opened.
There are tons of reason to do it

  • Some people like the feeling when opening the packs (like me)
  • Gambling - there are chance to receive the high value cards
  • To record and share opening clips in 3speak and get the upvote from @clove71 :)
  • So on ....
Currently, there are 14769 BCX in the circulation. You can check later and will see the BCX increasing

I loved him right off the bat because he could get behind a tank and hit a couple times without too much risk of early damage. I was very lucky and got a few airdropped. When the price hit $20, I sold one so I could get a bunch of cheap DEC.

Why did you sold at 20? (Just want to learn ;) )

What qill you do with all the sweet DEC?

I had gotten extremely lucky with the airdrop. I was guaranteed 2 cards but got 6. I really haven’t sold many cards at all. It’s one of my investing weaknesses! :) but, the value of DEC dropping so much meant that I’d get more DEC per dollar in the transaction. And since it had risen to roughly what Queen Mycelia was (top end of the CL legendary card prices) I felt like I could grab some DEC while there is still airdrop time. The difficulty in my decision is that the value of the card will eventually increase, after packs sell out. And DEC price may fall further- but again, I was fortunate to have multiple cards, so if the card prices go up, I’m still happy! :)

I hope this helps explain my thinking. It’s certainly not the only way or the best way, but it’s how I approached my decision.
