Tell me what you think about: Potions winable while no Packs there?

My Name is Roland from beautiful Munich Germany. We say "Servus, du oide Schwungscheibn" instead of "Hallo, how are you" and i think thats beautiful😏

Now back to topic!

I got my chest reward today and i allways wondering why i can win Legendary and Gold Potions while there are no Packs to buy.

Now my question to the community:
Should Legendary-/Gold-Potions are winable while there are no Packs to buy?

In my oppinion:i would rather let the people win DEC or/and Cards then Potiona they cant use.
But if there Packs buyable you should be able to win Potions.

Looking forward for your oppinions.

Potions are just stacking up, can be used when new packs are released...Or if you buy packs..
