If you powered up at least 10HP and did the power up on the 1st UTC time, you should have gotten it.
I powered up more then 10 HP :D and may be on time.. according you UTC. If you please check when ever you have time :)

Unfortunately, it was a bit more than 3 hours before the Hive PUD started.
