Soulstorm is decisive to defend the dead against the infernal hosts

This week we have the challenge with SOULSTORM , an epic card from the Untamed series and useful in the Death element, with the range power, ideal for be in positions 5 and 6 of the lineup and deliver precise blows to the enemy side in the heat of combat.

Use this card in its initial level where it has 3 range, 5 speed, 2 life and the ability of flying . In its advanced levels, the ability of snare, headwinds and stun is added, apart from increasing its attack power to +4, which implies a good to raise it to higher levels.

SOULSTORM is a DEATH element card, with 5 mana points it is ideal to use in good mana battles. The card starts at level 1 with 3 Range attacks and progresses to 4 attacks at level 6, as well as 3 life and 5 speeds, combined with the abilities of flying, snare, headwinds and stun they make it dangerous for the opposing side.

The Battle

I am pleased to share with you the battle corresponding to the Healed Out|Equalizer rule set.

For this battle I used the summoner Owster Rotwell at level 8 to access the DEATH element monsters while combining them with the neutral monsters. However, for this occasion I preferred to go out with a team entirely for Death

Description of my team

Undead Rexx.png

First I placed Undead Rexx , a tank that I usually use in this element due to its +6 power in meleek attack and its trample ability at level 6 in which I have scaled.

Corrupted Pegasus.png


As a squire, the legendary Corrupted Pegasus at level 3 and with the abilities of Flying, Reach, Strengthen and Tank Heal make him essential as a super squire.

His performance was remarkable throughout the fierce battle.

Phantom Soldier.png

For third place, I placed the epic Phantom Soldier , There is no doubt that his +2 magic attack and Flying ability make him ideal for facing the fight with dignity.

Haunted Spider.png

The fourth step corresponds to a common card like Haunted Spider , a good fighter whose +2 in ranged attacks and his poison ability make him fearsome.

In the penultimate position I have placed the figure of the week in this game, I mean SOULSTORM whose speed of +5 and powerful ranged attack of +3 took the most important lives of the enemies, which which turned her into a genius and figure in this battle against the fierce Hellsaint .

Finally, for the rear I have Octopider , a card that with its Demoralize ability takes a life from the opponents and its +3 in ranged attack and +8 in health converts it the ideal rear to face sneak attacks and deliver key thrusts in the heat of combat.

Conclusion

  • All the battles fought are different and with a particular emotion. In this case, the sum of the attack power favored me from entry 19 to 13, coupled with the Haunter Spider drop it gave me a solid +8 that, in turn, was the big difference for the achievement of victory.
  • I want to congratulate the entire @splinterlands team for promoting these kinds of battles that enrich the players and enhance the importance of this noble blockchain game.
