Hellow fellow players!

Another week passed and I have some good new for all of you! First of all, I guess that you have already heard heard that splinterlands got un-banned in twitter! Finally after days of fight, twitter finally responds to the #freesplinterlands tag and reversed the ban on our beloved splinterlands twitter handle. https://twitter.com/splinterlands is now live and fully functioning so follow it if you haven't already.

On the other hand, the new rental system is now live on the official splinterlads market tab. be sure to check it out and rent your unused cards for some extra income!

Now let us move towards my weekly splinterlands post. I did took some some time today to think which monster I should use today as my today's social post. Then I called up a brand new addition to the ts-panda account, the legendary fire monster ZALRAN EFREET in the max level collection recently, so without having a second thought, let the ZALRAN EFREET secure his place in my weekly curation post!

ZALRAN EFREET is from the new reward edition cards which costs 5 mana and is very usable in high or in medium mana fire splinter friendly matches where it is available to select, especially when you want to kill your opponent's monsters with a decent blow of magic attack and with Life leech, Cleanse, headwinds and strengthen ability. Costing only 5 mana, this new reward monster has 2 magic attack with 4 awesome abilities as mentioned above which makes him worthy to depend upon. Moreover, because of the cleanse ability, it can clean out all the negative effects from the friendly card at front position and also reduced the ranged attacks of the enemy monsters and on the other hand, it increases it's own life every time it successfully attacks and reduce health of any enemy card.

So, If you really want a high powered beast at the middle or rear position that can kill down some the enemy monsters easily with its decent magic attacks and astonishing 4 abilities, ZALRAN EFREET can be your true companion!

Ok so, before moving on, let us see what is being written in the book of Splinterlore for him.

Zalran is one of the most powerful spellsmen of the Efreet clans. The concentrated power of his mind is said to have cleaved the great boulders of Luzka in two to retrieve the ancient and radiant Puyo Stone. The Torch would pay any sum for the Stone to gain its untold powers, but against the wishes of the Torch, Zalran kept the Puyo Stone. He is one with the Stone. By holding it forever close to his heart, Zalran’s abilities will continue to grow. To lose the Stone after the forming of such a bond would mean certain doom for Zalran’s soul.

For this reward edition card, Right now there are currently 2 max ZALRAN EFREET available at the market, the lowest one is listed at 118.71$ (total 111,101.544 DEC, 11$ per bcx).
Some high level cards are there at good price.
The single ones are available starting at 11.49$ and will cost you 10,752.457 DEC as per the current rate.

What ZALRAN EFREET is actually capable of?

Let's have a look into his stats and find out!

Level 1 - In its initial level, it carries 2 magic attack with 3 health and 2 speed. It brings the life leech ability at the initial level with it.
Level 2 - At level 2, it carries 2 magic attack at 3 health and 2 speed. It also gets Cleanse ability at level 2.
Level 3 - At the 3rd level, It possesses 2 magic attack with 3 health at 2 speed. It also gets Headwinds ability at level 3.
Level 4 - At the maximum level, It possesses 2 magic attack with 3 health at 2 speed. It also gets Strengthen at level 4.

Mana count This match holds a gigantic 50 mana cap!
Summoners This battle supports Fire, Water, Earth, Life and Dragon summoners.

Ruleset So, It was a double ruleset as below...

- Stampede Trample ability can trigger multiple times each round.

- Divine Shield First attack on each monster will be ignored in this match.

Well, It's a large bag full of 50 mana match this time and I am thinking to go for the ultimate summoner Yodin Zaku. Because it's a Trampede and divine Shield ruleset match, this rule set is favoring trample monsters surely and I am going to use magnor in front. Though it a big 50 mana match with many other options available, I can definitely use the Zalran Efreet at the middle position this time to form a heavy defense to cope with things up!

`Line-Up`

`Magnor`

I chose Magnor in the first place because of its high health + attack with variety of abilities - Taunt, Return fire, Trample and Enrage ability. I have a level 4 and it has 6 melee attack at 3 speed and 15 health.

`CORNEALUS`

I chose CORNEALUS in the second place because of its 10 mana cost with Healing, Return Fire, thorns and magic reflect ability. I have a level 4 and it has 4 arange attack at 3 speed and 12 health.

`ZALRAN EFREET`

I chose the ZALRAN EFREET in the third place because of its 5 mana cost that comes with devcent magic attack with 4 awesome abilities. I have a level 4 and it has 2 magic attack at 2 speed and 3 health. This is Mainly to give our Magnor a cleaning support and also weaken enemies with headwinds.

`FEREXIA GENERAL`

I chose the FEREXIA GENERAL in the fourth place because of its big ranged attack with sniper, Inspire and Shatter ability. I have a level 6 and it has 4 ranged attack at 3 speed and 5 health. This is Mainly to give our enemies a bit of sniping damage and also to increase the damage of Magnor.

`MANTOID`

I chose MANTOID in the fifth place because of its 6 mana cost, 4 range attack with sniper and snare ability. I have a level 10 and it has 4 range attack at 5 speed and 7 health.

`FLAMESMITH`

I chose the FLAMESMITH in the last place because of its 7 mana cost and high ranged attack with Shatter and Repair ability. I have a level 10 and it has 4 ranged attack at 4 speed, 1 Armour and 5 health. This is Mainly to give a good rear defense for its repair ability and a good chance to damage opponents with its high power ranged attacks.

Battle Result

Let us now take a leap of faith straight into the gameplay.

Well, it was an exciting and a unpredictable 50 mana match and friends, the match was full of big mana monsters as my opponent also used a maxx level Legendary Fire summoner Yodin Zaku against me! My opponent was having some maxx and high level fire and neutral cards and his line up was just great! Let's look down to the match!

First, let us follow the opponent's line-up...

My opponent @joshman used Fire summoner Yodin zaku against me.
At the front position, he used the Magnor level 4. He definitely chose an undying defensive beast as tanker due to this large mana ruleset to his front and I just hope I get able to kill this undying tank beast with my warriors.
At the second position, he puts the sand worm lev 10.
At the third he used TORTISIAN CHIEF lev 6.
At the fourth position, he puts BEETLE QUEEN level 8.
At the fifth position, he puts Spark Pixies level 8.
At the sixth position, he puts Caladdum level 4.

As you can watch from the battle, the opponent's line up was fully packed up with all big melee, magic and ranged monsters. while at the front, the Magnor was defending with Trample and Return fire ability, followed by the Sand Worm who was helping by attacking my backside monsters. The tortisian chef was healing the magnor while the backside rangers were attacking my magnor.

Really,the true hero of this battle is the ZALRAN EFREET The who really helped me eith all of his awesome abilities. He was cleansing the magnor and also at the same time he reduced all the enmy ranged monsters attacks. While attacking the opponent monsters, he was gaining health himself in the meantime and for the blast ability of zaku, he was gaining it at 2x rate. I am so glad that i chose this monster without thinking that it's only a mere reward dumb card.
