Happy weekend to all the splinter nerds! Hope the weekend is going great? This week battle challenge is about Fire spitter an epic dragon monster with 4 mana..

Small but mighty, the Fire Spitters have recently descended upon the Dragon Splinter of Draykh-Nahka, where they fit right in. They come from a faraway exotic place only known as the Pocket Dimension. The Pocket Dimension has many key differences to the Splinterlands, but lots of things in common as well. Most of the monsters there are smaller than those native to the Splinterlands, including the Fire Spitter. However, even the smallest Fire Spitters can produce a magnificent blaze, large enough to easily incinerate a cottage in a few minutes.

There are certain things i love in this monster, the range power is high and the dodge ability makes it harder to hit due to the fact that it is also a flying monster...

I got paired with ts-neoxian in a 4 mana cap battle which is little league and target practice where all monsters have the snipe abilities..

Most players use water splinter in little league rule and the same set up my opponent uses but i feel like trying something new and came out with this new set up which works great!

Line up

• ELVEN MYSTIC

The elven was placed in the first position because i know it will b attacked less since all the monsters are having snipe ability so they will be targeting the second monster and also the elven will help in reducing the opponent magic monster power with his silence ability..

• FAILED SUMMONER

The failed summoner is the monster i used in secon position and kinda the best that fit there due to his long life and magic reflect ability, it is going to delay the opponent and also have great effect on the magic monster used by the opponent, it really perform as expected..

• FIRE SPITTER

I placed the spitter next to the failed summoner so incase the enemy comes with range attacks, they will find it hard to hit spitter because of its dodge and flying ability..

• TOWER GRIFFIN
  The tower griffin serves as the protector of the team with her amazing armor, it will be hard for the melee and range attackers used the opponent to get past those armor..

• KHMER PRINCESS

Princess is one of the monster that can't be left out in this particular battle because it serves a lot of purpose, it heals the front monster and also heals the monsters that suffers the greatest damage at the back, so she is very important in the battle..

• CHILD OF THE FOREST

The child of the forest was used because of his speed and high range power, it will help in killing the opponent monsters faster and it did just great..

I was able to defeat the enemy and i believed she was not expecting such a line up, so it is good to always surprise your opponent with different line up sometimes..
