Splinterlands: Final Season And Leaderboard

Not an exciting season the one that has just closed both from the point of view of my commitment for work and family reasons and for a scarcity of the prizes obtained, no valuable cards to mention this time. I told a little about DEC with which I bought an UNTAMED package but even here they were not lucky 😂😂.

The season that has just ended has seen a substantial change in the rules of the game in which the final award ceremony is limited to one's Power rather than the maximum score achieved, as was the old regulation.

For example, in the season just ended, my score reached was 3714 but my Power of approximately 170,000 did not allow me to receive rewards beyond the designated level, Gold II, receiving a number of rewards of 40 chests. If you missed the rank scheme based on your Power, below is the scheme.

At the moment I have less than 30000 Power left to reach the next Gold I level. I hope to be able to reach my goal within a couple of Seasons, and consequently also increase the rewards of the Daily Quests, important for accumulating new cards and DEC.

At the end of the season, the Leaderboard system was also implemented to increase the number of prizes for all players who, blocked by the Power, despite accumulating a very high score, receive reduced prizes compared to the previous regulation. The Leaderboards are divided for each Rank and, based on the placement, have received a certain number of UNTAMED packs.

Here are the Leaderboard awards broken down by rank:

Diamond

There are no prizes to those who remain in the Novice and Champions league, the latter already get the maximum prizes. Lots of news that could still be changed because now there is a monitoring phase by the developers to understand how to possibly improve the distribution of prizes.

All these innovations were made in favor of a sustainability of the game itself: too many cards were printed too quickly and over time, the process started would not have been more sustainable and many cards would have easily devalued.

Stagione non esaltante quella che si è appena chiusa sia dal punto di vista del mio impegno per motivi di lavoro e famiglia e sia per una scarsità dei premi ottenuti, nessuna carta di valore da menzionare questa volta. Ho raccontato un po' di DEC con i quali ho acquistato un pacco UNTAMED ma anche qui non sono stati fortunato 😂😂.

La stagione appena chiusa ha visto un cambiamento sostanziale nelle regole di gioco in cui la premiazione finale è limitata al proprio Power più che al punteggio massimo raggiunto, come invece era il vecchio regolamento.

Ad esempio, nella stagione appena conclusasi, il mio punteggio raggiunto è stato 3714 ma il mio Power di 170.000 circa non mi ha permesso di ricevere premi oltre il livello designato, Gold II, ricevendo un numero di ricompense di 40 bauli. Al momento mi mancano meno di 30000 Power per raggiungere il livello successivo Gold I. Spero di riuscire a raggiungere il mio obiettivo entro un paio di Season, e aumentare di conseguenza anche i premi delle Quest giornaliere, importanti per accumulare nuove carte e DEC.

Al termine della stagione è stato implementato anche il sistema di Leaderboard per aumentare il numero dei premi per tutti i giocatori che, bloccati dal Power, nonostante accumulino un punteggio molto alto, ricevono premi ridotti rispetto al precedente regolamento. I Leaderboard si dividono per ogni Rank e, in base al posizionamento, hanno ricevuto un certo numero di UNTAMED pack.

Non spettano premi a chi resta nella lega Novice e Champions, quest'ultimi ottengono già il massimo dei premi. Tante novità che potrebbero subire ancora variazioni perché ora vi è una fase di monitoraggio da parte degli sviluppatori per capire come migliorare eventualmente la distribuzione dei premi.

Tutte queste novità sono state apportate in favore di una sostenibilità del gioco stesso: troppe carte erano stampare troppo velocemente e nel corso del tempo, il processo avviato non sarebbe stato più sostenibile e molte carte si sarebbero facilmente svalutate.

Spero che il finale di stagione possa aver dato soddisfazioni a molti giocatori e, come sempre, che vinca il migliore!
