Silvershield Bard The Cleanser- A Night Of Silvershield's Family Battle

Hello splinterlords and splinterladies around the world, happy Sunday to you all. After I watched Manchester City vs Chelsea yesterday, I forgot to make my post because of the happiness that Chelsea defeated manchester City 2:1 in added time. After the game was over, most of my friends started chatting with me and congratulated me.
Today again, I watched Aston Villa vs Manchester United, hoping that the match could end in draw so that Chelsea can close that gap. After 24 minutes that Traore scored for Aston Villa, I was very happy; thinking that Drawing could be possible in the match. After 52 minutes that Fernandes scored for Manchester United, I never lose hope. 4 minutes later that Greenwood scored fantastic goal, I was still hoping that the match could end up in draw. Until Cavani scored in 87 minutes and red card was given to Aston Villa player; that was when I gave up. Aston Villa 1: manchester United 3.
I came back home to play my daily quest and make my post. I already checked splinterlands blog since yesterday, I am aware of using Silvershield Bard as weekly challenge. After I completed my daily quest, I went to market to get Silvershield Bard level 3, since it was level one I had. I bought level 3 worth of $1.70, leveled up with only one I had and get back to the battle.

A NIGHT WITH SILVERSHIELD FAMILY
I tag this Silvershield family in my title because it was a fight against Silvershield family. When you look at my line up, you will discover that only divine healer was not Silvershield family. After the battle, when I started watching it again, I discovered majority of my monsters were from Silvershield family. That was how I brought the tittle up.

SILVERSHIELD BARD ABILITIES

• Cleanse Ability: This is the first time I used monster with cleanse ability. I never thought it is awesome like this, cleansing my attacking monster from any sort of impurities. I was washing Silvershield Bard removing all negative effects from Silvershield paladin that was in the first position.
• Swiftness: this ability can be activated in level 5 which I don't have but I have the idea of monsters with swiftness ability. So sweet also to have this type of monster as it increases the speed of all friendly monsters. I could recalled one day that this monster was used against me. It was a battle I never thought to encounter again; all opponent Monsters attacked before my monsters could, of which was resulted to massive defeat. All of my monsters were eliminated and non of opponent monsters were eliminated.

NATURE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF SILVERSHIELD BARD
Silvershield Bard is a rare life monster. It is one of the life monsters with small health and melee attack. The highest number of health is 3 and lowest of 1. Is a melee monster that attacks in the first position, unless if the rule allow all melee monsters to attack in any position.

BATTLE RULES

• The Equalizer: The initial health of all monsters is equal to that of the Monsters on either team with the highest base health
• Taking Sides: Neural Monsters may not be used in the battles

Silvershield paladin: the major reason this monster was in the first position was the shield ability. I would have failed in the selection due to many magic attack in my opponent line up, since the shield ability do not have any effect on magic monsters. Silvershield paladin was eliminated at the second round of the battle by Ancient Lich and massive attack from opponent monsters.

Silvershield Bard: the Monster of the week was doing its job by cleansing Silvershield paladin at each round before it took the first position. It was cleansing paladin from any impurities from opponent monsters, making sure it does not affected by any negative effects. When Bard took over at second round, it eliminated Shadowy Presence with a strike; allowing Bone Golem to led in my opponent side. Bard was eliminated at third round by Bone Golem. Bard was my last monster eliminated in the battle.

Silvershield Knight: Given all friendly melee monsters one melee was a big advantage I had in this battle. As a result of that, Silvershield Assassin was able to destroyed twisted Jester at fast rate. Silvershield Knight took the first position in level 4, and led the battle to the victory. At this round, only two monsters was left from opponent side, and I was left with 4 Monsters.

Divine Healer: the only monster that is not from Silvershield family. Thank God for this monster as it was supporting all monsters that led the battle by given them additional health. Most of my Monsters would have been destroyed, as a result of many magic attack monsters from opponent side. Due to reflected ability that all opponent monsters possessed, everytime divine healer attacks, it reflects back. Twisted Jester would have eliminated divine healer in no time but Silvershield Assassin took care of it.

Silvershield Assassin: this sneaky monster eliminated twisted Jester in round 2, Ancient Lich in round 4 and Boogeyman in round 5. It is very good to have Monster like Silvershield Assassin that strikes twice. In this battle, striking twice simply means 6 health has been destroyed from that particular monster.

Silvershield Sheriff: this is the last monster from behind and the reason I placed it there was that, the battle rule did not supported range attack Monsters to lead the battle. If any case this monster lead this battle, it would be vulnerable and not be able to attack. Therefore, the best position is to be behind, since there are monsters that can lead and fight. Silvershield Sheriff eliminated Phantom Solder in round 3, which ease my pressure.

DO MY STRATEGY WORK? I will say, what I expected was what I saw. I have calculated that, at least if paladin got destroyed, Silvershield Bard will take over which it does, if Bard is eliminated, Silvershield Knight will take over, of which came to pass. I even thought of divine healer could take over but before it took Over, Silvershield Assassin would have destroyed all enemy monsters from behind.

After that battle, I used Silvershield Bard again to see how effective it is. Am even eager to use it more. I never thought it has amazing ability like this. This very weekly challenge opened my eyes to Silvershield Bard ability that I did not know before. Thank you very much.
