Splinterlands art contest: Diamond Dragon

Hello everyone, how are you today? This is my art work for this week contest. I love this this dragon a lot and it is my joy to sketched and painted it. Before I embark on this art, I played splinterlands game. I will like to share the battle with you.

I thought I have lost the battle already but when I watched it to the end I won. Click here to watch the battle.

BATTLE RULES

• Fog of war: monsters lose the sneak and snipe ability.

• Equalizer: the initial health of all monsters is equal to that of the monster on either team with highest base health

BATTLE LINE UP

• furious chicken: putting furious chicken as the first monster does not only delayed but also fought hard. My intention was to used furious chicken to reduce the pressure that would have mounted on Cerberus. But it was a good formation by putting furious chicken as the first monster. It was eliminated at round 4 which is quite enough for my Cerberus to take the position of leading the battle.

Cerberus: this fire monster with increasing health ability took over from furious chicken and delivered. Furious Chicken was the only monster eliminated in my lineup. Flesh golem of opponent monster was also led in round 4, but it was so unfortunate that flesh golem was removed in round 7. However, screeching vulture was left alone to battle, but only it's strength can not save it.

Ant Miners: when we talk of splinterlands game, I used the same formation when I play football with my team. I love to defend and protect back line from being breaches, which my results to goal. Therefore, I used ant Miners here in case if Cerberus is eliminated from the battle. Though, Cerberus wasn't eliminated, but it is always good to think like that; it happen to me every day that my backup monster always delivered me an give me victory.

Fire Beetle: this monster fought from beginning to end. When Cerberus was resting, fire better was fighting. Since the snipe ability was removed from the battle, I don't suppose to used, I saw that the best monster to use was fire beetle.

Drawing this diamond Dragon was so exciting. I think I will still draw it. One day, I will sketch and paint just like the one I see on the splinterlands. This Contest is revived my death talent. I know if I continues like this, I will draw just like the one I see here.
