Splinterlands Art Contest- Drawing And Painting Screeching Vulture
Hello splinterlords and splinterladies around the world, how are you feeling today? Drawing screeching vulture for this week splinterlands art contest is so exciting. Screeching Vulture is a earth monsters with small Health and awesome abilities. This abilities is what made me to choose this monster whenever its available. I have used this monster to win several battles on countless times.
Screeching Vulture Abilities
• flying: it has increased ability to evade melee and range attack in battles. It has ability to go against thunderstorm rule in the battles; while other monsters with Non-flying ability take two melee damage,monsters with flying ability such as Screeching Vulture do not. This advantage makes me to select screeching vulture whenever such rule is given in a battle.
• Opportunity: click here and watch how screeching vulture safe me from losing this battle. This is the reason Opportunity monsters are good in some battles as they attack monsters with lowest health in a battle. If you watch this battle very well, you will discover that immediately it struck ice pixie, both ice pixie and creeping Ooze went down as a result of battle rule that says, "all monsters have the blast ability". Destruction of Creeping Ooze made all my monsters to gained black thier speed that was reduced by creeping Ooze, which made all my monsters to attacked faster and eliminated the enemy. This is one of the major reasons Opportunity monsters are good in the battle.
• Scavenger: my Earth Summoner can not carry this ability presently; my Summoner is in level 4 and this ability can be activated in level 5 or 6, but I have seen this in battles several times. Each time any monster dies, it gain 1 max health.
CHARACTERISTICS OF SCREECHING VULTURE
The Health: this is one of the do disadvantages of this monster. At lowest level which is level one, it has 2 health and highest level which is level 10, it has 4 health. It is very easy to eliminate from battles due to small health, that is the reason is not advisable to be selected when the Mana cost given in a battle is higher.
Speed: the speed range from 2 to 5. The higher the card, the higher the speed. When the speed is higher, it has Opportunity over the monster with lower speed to attack.

WHAT HAVE I LEARNED SO FAR SINCE I STARTED SPLINTERLANDS ART CONTEST
- Skills: so amazing to know how to draw, it is a skill of 21st century. I have learned the skills of drawing and am continuing leaning it. Though, i might not be the best but I know am learning because it was not like this when I started in February. I drew 8 years ago, I never know that I can draw like this.
- I derive joy and happiness: is never being a burden to me. I do it with joy and happiness and it also gives me joy and happiness. Whenever I finished drawing; I says to myself,"well done for this great drawing" I feel like drawing all the time, that is why if you check my blog, you will see other art work.
WHAT MOTIVATES ME TO DRAW
• The contest itself motivated me: I just want to say thank you the initiators, curators and splinterlands team at large. I always happy to go to splinterlands every day to check contest and read articles. I do whatever contest I see in the platform.
• Curators and friends: whenever I read comments of curators, it gives me joy to put more effort. They have the word of encouragement and reward. I love some of their comments in the comments box, it goes along way in my mind.
I also appreciate the comments of friends, some of the makes me realized that that my Drawing is not good enough but you can put more effort. I took some of these words serious and I make sure I improved in my drawing.
• The contestants: some times when I checked the art work of other contestants, I feel like to hide my own because they are far better than mine. Some of the arts are genius work. I always envied and want to do more than them. Everytime, I makes sure my art work improves but when I check others art work again, I felt like my art work is the least. This scinerio makes me to work hard and improved
