End of Season Considerations + End of Season Reward

Hello friends and players of Splinterlands,
another season of Splinterlands has come to an end.
My adventure on Splinterlands started more than 15 months ago and the season just ended is my 31st.
Compared to the previous season I played more and finished the season in Diamond II league with a rating of 3436 points and placed myself at the number 176 position in Diamond ranking.

In the previous season I was in the Gold I league and had only 76 battles.

This season I have more than quadrupled my battles: 304 battles with a winrate of 61.84%.

To increase my Power score I rented 10 cards from the market of https://peakmonsters.com/ :

  • Elemental Phoenix, Beta, Level 3
  • Magnor, Untamed, Level 4
  • Electric Eels, Promo, Level 8
  • Fire Demon, Beta, Level 6
  • Albatross, Untamed, Level 4
  • Darius High Priest, Untamed, Level 3
  • Diamond Dragon, Untamed, Level 3
  • Gloridax Magus, Untamed, Level 3
  • Lord Arianthus, Reward, Level 3
  • Red Dragon, Promo, Level 4

When the season ended I stopped all current contracts and spent a total of $0.40.

My goal for the current season

In the recently completed season I reached a high score of 3560 points.
I got very close to the Champion III league and therefore for the current season I have decided to try to reach the Champion III league.
Reaching the Champion III league would be a great satisfaction.

Now let me show you the end of season reward I got.

My end of season reward

Because I finished the season in the Diamond II league, I received 50 chests as a reward.

In the following image you can see the cards I found in the chests.

I found 20 cards out of 50 chests.
Chests can hold three types of rewards: Cards, DEC, Potions.
So the probability of finding a card in each chest is 1/3, so I was lucky having found 20 cards instead of the probable 16.6.

I was less lucky with the type and value of cards found.

The most valuable card I found is Torhilo The Frozen which has a market value of $0,200 and a DEC conversion value of 200.

Torhilo The Frozen is a card that has good stats but I very rarely use it in battle and I think very likely to put it up for sale on the Splinterlands market.

The total value of the cards I found inside the chests is $0.709

DEC and Potions

I also found 17 Potions and a total of 173 DEC tokens.

Today February 1, 2021, 173 DEC equals the value of 0.7880 HIVE (Highest BID on LeoDex/HiveEngine).

As you can see from the following image the dollar value is 0.11$

As you can see from the graph in the following image DEC tokens have lost quite a bit of value over the last 20 days

Packs of Untamed cards

In the chests I also found two packs of Untamed cards.

I decided to open both packs of cards and the total value of the cards I found is $0.92.

Conclusion

I'm going to do some calculations now:

  • total card rental cost: 0,4 $
  • value of cards found in chests: 0,709 $
  • total value of DEC tokens found in the chests: 0,11 $

The total profit was (- $0.40 + $0.709 + $0.11 +0.92) = $1,339.

A somewhat disappointing reward considering the fact that I had a similar profit to the previous season where I however opened 30 chests instead of the 50 chests of the last completed season.
But as I point out every time I share my end-of-season reward, Splinterlands is a fun game that rewards its players for playing and so any reward is always good ;)

Considerazioni sulla fine della stagione + Ricompensa di fine Stagione

Ciao amici e giocatori di Splinterlands,
è terminata un'altra stagione di Splinterlands.
La mia avventura su Splinterlands è iniziata più di 15 mesi fa e la stagione appena conclusa è la mia trentunesima.
Rispetto alla stagione precedente ho giocato di più e ho terminato la stagione in lega Diamond II con un rating di 3436 punti e mi sono posizionato al posto numero 176 della classifica Diamond.

Nella stagione precedente ero invece arrivato in lega Gold I e avevo svolto solo 76 battaglie.

Conclusa la stagione ho interrotto tutti i contratti in corso e ho speso un totale di 0.40$

Obbiettivo per la stagione in corso

Nella stagione da poco conclusa ho raggiunto un punteggio massimo di 3560 punti.
Mi sono avvicinato molto alla lega Champion III e per questo motivo per la stagione in corso ho deciso di provare a raggiungere la lega Champion III.
Raggiungere la lega Champion III sarebbe una bella soddisfazione.

Adesso ti mostro la ricompensa di fine stagione che ho ottenuto.

La mia ricompensa di fine stagione

Poichè ho terminato la stagione in lega Diamond II ho ricevuto come ricompensa 50 forzieri.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere le carte che ho trovato nei forzieri.

Ho trovato 20 carte su 50 forzieri.
I forzieri possono contenere tre tipologie di premi: Carte, DEC, Pozioni.
Quindi la probabilità di trovare una carta in ogni forziere è di 1/3 e quindi sono stato fortunato avendo trovato 20 carte invece delle 16,6 probabili.

Sono stato meno fortunato per il tipo e il valore delle carte trovate.

La carta di maggior valore che ho trovato è Torhilo The Frozen che ha un valore sul mercato di 0,200 $ e un valore di conversione in DEC di 200.

Torhilo The Frozen è una carta che ha buone statistiche ma che uso molto raramente in battaglia e penso con molta probabilità di metterla in vendita sul mercato di Splinterlands.

Il valore totale delle carte che ho trovato all'interno dei forzieri è di 0,709 $

DEC e Pozioni

Ho trovato anche 17 Pozioni e un totale di 173 token DEC.

Pacchi di carte Untamed

Nei forzieri ho trovato anche due pacchi di carte Untamed.

Ho deciso di aprire entrambi i pacchi di carte e il valore totale delle carte che ho trovato è di **0.92$ **

Conclusione

Adesso faccio un po di calcoli:

  • costo totale noleggio carte: 0,4 $
  • valore carte trovate nei forzieri: 0,709 $
  • valore totale dei token DEC trovati nei forzieri: 0,11 $

Il profitto totale è stato di (- 0,40 $ + 0,709 $ + 0,11$ +0,92) = 1,339 $.

Una ricompensa un pò deludente considerato il fatto che ho avuto un profitto simile alla precedente stagione dove ho però aperto 30 forzieri invece dei 50 forzieri dell'ultima stagione conclusa.
Ma come faccio notare ogni volta che condivido la mia ricompensa di fine stagione, Splinterlands è un gioco divertente che premia i suoi giocatori per giocare e quindi ogni ricompensa è sempre buona ;)

Come Diamond 2? Hai finito in Diamond 1 o sbaglio? Con 3400 trofei accedi in Diamond 1 e hai finito la stagione con più trofei di me. Non penso avessi problemi di collection power visto he hai noleggiato varie carte.

E no caro @poliwalt10 proprio Diamond II a causa del Collection Power che non mi consentiva di salire in Diamond I.
Ho noleggiato più o meno lo stesso numero di carte delle stagioni precedenti ma ho venduto alcune carte dorate e ho noleggiato carte di penultimo livello invece che massimo.
Cmq mancavano poche ore alla fine della stagione e non ho voluto noleggiare carte per guadagnare solo 10 forzieri in più ;)
