Blogging Challenge Day #5: My Proudest Moment

Good day everyone, I love the moderators of @bloggingchallenge and I want to say "thank you" for the great ideas. Yesterday, I talked about my dream job which I am still pursuing because dream without working toward it might not come to pass. I am working tirelessly to make it happen.

Today's topic is "my proud moment". The following are my proud moment:

• MY BIRTHDAY: I celebrates my birthday every January 7th. This is the day I can never do without celebrating in my life because that was the day I came to this world. This date marks the beginning of the year for me personally. It is the day whatever you have done against me will be forgotten.
This is the day either I have money or not, I feel happy, excited and joy flow in my heart. I never think of how much I will spend or how the money will come. Every January 7th of the year is my proudest moment.

• The Day Of My Admission To University: After i finished my secondary school, I was looking for admission to higher institution for 2 years. I wanted to study pharmacy or biochemistry. My first choice University did not give me admission, I was very sad at moment; I don't know what to do. despite, scored above the cut-of mark, I was denied of been admitted.
I cried, and called my brother that "I wasn't given admission" I lost hope of getting admission that year because it was very hard for the second choice University to give admission in my country. I went to my second choice and wrote there entering exam (Post UTME); I passed. After few days, I was given a letter of admission.
This faithful day was also January, I could no longer control myself. I called all my friends; we all dine together in my house and went outside for shopping.

• THE DAY OF MY GRADUATION: I spent 5 years instead of 4 years. In my final year, second semester, I was called by our course adviser. I thought he wanted to give me advice about my future.
Unfortunately, he told me that, 2 of my result was not found. I went to exam and record to look for it. The office was closed by the time I got there. I couldn't sleep that night, I went to school as early as possible so that I could look for it. I was the first person to reached exam and record office that morning. I only met security man who told me that the office Is usually open at 9pm. I waited till that time.
To cut the whole story short, we searched everywhere; my paper could not be found. Professor Michael, my course adviser told me to register for the two courses. I registered and I spent another year. After the year, I was sent an email that, "congratulations for the successful completion of your program".
I jumped up and ran to the kitchen, my family thought that I have psychological problem but after I told them what happened; they all celebrated with me.

THE DAY I WAS GIVEN AWARD FROM THE COMPANY I WAS WORKING FOR: I was fortunate to get job in time. I was working with Nike Nigeria limited for a year. I was working as if it was my father's company. My friend were saying, "why do you work like this? Do the Manager Directot pay you extra money after the monthly salary?" I replied no. I never knew that people are watching me the way I was putting my strength and make sure everything work in maximum level.
Within 3 months, I was given promotion. My co-workers got angry with the director because some of them have been in the company for 5 years without promotion. I just spent 3 months in the organization, I was given a promotion.
This promotion made some of my co-workers no to play with me again because I am their superior. My salary was two times what I was receiving. The company also gave me a car.
At the end of the year, I was given an award of the best worker of the year. The Manager Director said, "this is the first young man that ever impressed me since I started this company". I was promoted to another branch as a manager.
