You've read it right! DEC now has a liquidity pool in Uniswap and you can find the detail below as published by Splinterlands.

DEC is being sold at $0.0009 few minutes ago and that being said, what do you think it did to the price in Hive-engine? , you are actually right, the price went up from $0.00065 to $0.00077 in just matter of seconds after the announcement has been made.
