One YFI was for 8000$!

That was the price of one YFI token just two days ago and somehow yesterday the price surged so much it made over 100% increase. Funnily enough, it's actually not that insane if you think about it because YFI has right now a market capitalization of only 400 million dollars.

I don't think YFI is something people should buy anyway, when the creator itself told many times that YFI is just a completely "valueless" governance token and does not hold any real value at all, but that is just my opinion.

Something people should totally buy though are some lands in Splinterlands. The problem is that the first pre-sale of these lands ended so quick I for example had no chance to buy anything. Everything was sold almost instantly!

This is actually a very good news for the Splinterlands team and the whole game as they can now continue developing the game and making it more interesting. I think these lands will be huge and will expand the game a lot.

Item & Spell cards will NOT be available through booster packs and will NEVER be sold by Splinterlands. Instead, Item & Spell cards will be exclusively minted by players using the land to produce resources and construct buildings. - @splinterlands

Millions of dollars have been spent purchasing Splinterlands cards through booster packs over the last few years, but with this expansion nearly ALL of the funds spent buying Item & Spell cards will go directly to the players. - @splinterlands

I am going to keep on playing Splinterlands for sure as I have to wait 20 more days for another stage of the presale anyway.
