Just go to Publish0x, register an account and request to be a writer there. Once you are approved you can start making post on their platform. Purely as a blogging & reading platform, Publish0x > Hive in my view since everyone is equal and they don't have their own coin. Post2mine and upvote4upvote doesn't really work over there so you really need to bring something readers like to grow a follwing and get something going.
