my goodness it works! I for one not as lucky. Late last year I bought 500 legendary potions and used 80% of it on reward cards but only gotten like 6 legends. I stop using it and saving to buy packs. Maybe odds are just better with packs than reward cards...

I think the odds are the same, it all comes down to luck imo.
