A 3-4 HOUR wait on Hive withdrawals from Hive- Engine ATM - Upgrade Required!

I think it must be the 'Splinterlands Effect' - that there's currently a two to three hour delay on Hive withdrawals from Hive-Engine.....

I've now been waiting over two hours for one such withdrawal.

I guess this delay is down to hundreds or thousands of users trading and profiting from various in-game assets over the last day or so on Hive-Engine and (understandably) wanting to withdraw their Hive Pegged tokens for Hive and (probably) NOT power it up but send it to the exchanges for dollar dollar.

TBH I had no idea that Hive-Engine's bandwidth to deal with transactions was so narrow - and clearly now it's too narrow....

There's some discussion around the matter in Discord...

If you're a long time, patient Hivean like me it is in no way acceptable to have to wait so long for money to be delivered, especially when you're being charged a 1% fee for the privilege.

If you're a new user and not as patient as me (which is just about every one, I'm very patient), then it's probably worse than totally unnaccepetable somehow.

It's not great for Splinterlands either - Hive-Engine being a competitor on and off ramp for withdrawing and depositing assets along with BSC and all the others - ALL stages of the withdrawal process need to work within at least minutes, not hours.

Upgrade please! Urgently!

Still waiting for my withdrawal too, but not Splinterlands-related. Given Hive’s +40% pump overnight, I’m doing a short-term trade into HBD, hoping to buy back into Hive in a few days.

I'm pretty much doing the same - put in a sell order on a spike, then buy back after the more than likely price decline.

Should have swapped on Tribal Dex.

Hive engine needs to fix up ASAP. This is not good for the new development of the game as people want to move in and move out. My plan was to capture some gains into hbd but I guess there won’t be need for that anymore as hive is already coming down back. Now I get the pain people feel when they want to make quick lucky trades with their hive power but have to wait for 3months power down. Not cool. Timing is a big deal in this space.

UPGRADE PLZ!!

Not great having to wait hours to withdraw, that's supposed to be Hive's whole strong suit is no fees and fast transactions. Hopefully they can allocate more bandwidth or more computing power ASAP
