Just sold a Splinterlands Plot for 398 Hive, or ~ $110

And no that's not a typo, and I can hardly believe it myself.

I've got a tract (100 plots) and then 18 individual plots, and when I noticed some plots had sold on Hive-Engine last night for 400 Hive I decided I had to tokenise one at least and sell it, so I put one on the market for 399 Hive.

The closest buy order was for less than 200 and so i was surprised when I woke up this morning and it had sold.

That's a 10 times in value, and in my book if something 10 times, well, you HAVE to sell something - even if it's 1% - at this point, so happy days.

Of course people are already piling in with lower sell orders. Maybe I was lucky with a sweet spot, or maybe we really are going MASSIVE with this most excellent blockchain game!

Bitcoins down, BNB is down, Hive is down, I mean I could go on, but Splinterlands prices are just raging.....

Now I've got the dilemma of what to spend the Hive on.

Some is getting Powered Up, that's the law.

And then I might keep 100 back for a punt on an epic totem, I had an order sitting for weeks that never got filled which I took off, so back on with that, I might get lucky, someone might have an emergency and have to sell off one immediately, that's about the only way I'll get one for so cheap.

And the rest...toss up between BNB-LEO pool or buy what's hopefully the Bitcoin dip, probably the former, I think BTC is a bit more wait and see for me!

Now I've got the dilemma of what to spend the Hive on.

That's another reason why I HODL. The sale would be nice but, without a plan of what to do with the proceeds, I seem to end up deciding to leave things be. 😂

I finally got around to placing some small limit orders on coins I left "too late" to buy, one of which was AVA. The orders got filled overnight. Only problem is I bought ADA by mistake and I'm now out of GBP. Oops! 😂

I was into stocks but I invested through a fund - Fundsmith, sold the lot to buy my land, I've still got some in a couple of related funds, but mainly crypto now.

$110 is a new ath that I am aware of it. Congrats!

You will get your chances on totems with land. Not sure exactly how and when. Maybe when revealing the land plots there might pop out totems or when farming them later.
