My Splinterlands Holdings are on the verge of Flipping my Hive Holdings (in $$ value)

(Edited)

Despite what now seems a tiny dollar VEST in Splinterlands, and not such a tiny dollar Vest in Hive....

My Splinterlands assets are now almost worth MORE than my Hive assets...

I remember being in a cafe only 2 months ago and trying to explain the concept of @splinterlands to a friend and how nuts it felt to have $10 000 worth of digital card assets, and now look at the valuation (with no net extra spend in that time) ....

And the SPT pump was NOICE when you've got nearly 1 million of them...

And add on the value of the Tract which isn't show above that gives me a value of at least $22 000....

And my Hive holdings...

In fairness they looked a little better only a few days ago!

What a great VEST Splinterlands has been!

Am I taking profits, na, the yield farming with Land hasn't even started yet!

Yeah, it is nice seeing the values going up. One of the few things I'm holding that is going up. I will have to check out some of your other posts and see how your place is doing. I saw a post a few weeks back and it looked like you were making great progress. Fall is coming up which is the best time for planting trees.

Cheers, I'm actually going a lot slower with the land the last few weeks, focussing on online stuff.

Partly because it's been so hot - bit cooler the next week (low not high 30s) so I should be able to get back to it.

But more than that I've just been feeling the online stuff more recently!

I've been struggling a bit online as I've been having some minor vision problems (digital eye strain) so have been trying to spend a bit less time online and more time outside. !PIZZA

Well you HAVE to put your health first.

Sorry to hear that, but you're doing the right thing - natural vision.

TBH I find that mapping out what you want to write on paper, then going online and writing it can help minimise screen time, as can a written note of what you want to do online - it saves all that mindless click through nonsense!

Good advice. I will try that. Truthfully, I think it is Splinterlands that is the main culprit.

The eye strain is just temporary (so far), and more or less clears up with a good nights sleep. It is weird, I'm having double vision, but not the left right, but up down. When it is bad and I look at someone about 8 feet away it is like they have two rows of eyes.

Freaky....
