Pleasantly Surprising $9.40 Airdrop + Winning All My Brawls in @splinterlands | We May Get Another Airdrop in ~25 Days

Coming across Goblin Firemage Airdrop was one of the most sudden airdrops I have experienced on @splinterlands. I had no idea what the airdrop was going to be. I missed out on the article posted regarding the 11th Untamed Airdrop 4 days ago. You can read the lore here. It is certainly an interesting addition to Fire Splinter and very useful as I was able to get a bunch of them at once to Level Them Up.

Untamed Booster Packs Are Getting Sold Fast!

The article from the official @splinterlands blog states that there were over 13,000 Untamed booster Packs left to be sold. That was only four days ago. That means we should be seeing ~4000 Daily sales resulting in 100,000 Booster Packs being sold in ~25 days. I doubt the Untamed Edition will last till the end of Q3 2021.

It Was Wise To Buy Packs As Early As Possible

Ever pack bought is eligible for all future airdrops. Most of my purchase were made during the early days. Now I am more focused on other purchases within the ecosystem.

Perfectly Normal Odds

I have received 1 Card per 71.1 Untamed Booster Packs purchased and and since only 1 in 50 are Gold Foil, I had only 20% chance of a Gold Foil airdrop. These are satisfying odds and 10 Cards is exactly what it requires for a Level 3 Goblin Firemage which is around the level the Monster start to become truly useful.

$9.40 Worth Cards

This is why I have not bought a single Unatemd Booster Pack from anywhere other than the official source. These lovely airdrops tend to make up for the additional losses and I get to directly support the developers of the best blockchain game on the planet based on everything I have seen.

It is Okay For A Buying Spree

We still have time to get prepared for future gains. Keep in mind that @spliterlands had its best quarter during early 2021. I expect them to increase the supply of the future Booster Packs significantly if the developers want to get ready for massive onboarding. The NFTs you will be getting on your hands will be extremely rare in the future.

Casual Players - Serious Investors

@splinterlands is perfect for this. We love this term on Roaring Twenties Guild. Even the Brawls don't take a large amount of time. You can casually spend 15 minutes to submit the teams like I did.
