Splinterlands Season : From GOLD to CHAMPION?

Peace Steemians,

The best game on the Steem blockchain in my opinion Steemmonsters have completed a season few hours ago.
Our team progression in the previous season was not so bad as we got qualified to enter the diamond league so early that the rest was just improvement.

The target has always been to get qualify for the highest league in the game before the ends of the season timer.
We have combined most of our rewards cards and ordered specific cards on the intern market.

It is important to mention for the readers who may start to play Splinterlands that the rewards system has changed and it will be wise to focus on collecting all the summoners available on the market before the price of this cards skyrocket.

I have put much of my DEC rewards on the card market. Therefore, I got great results after level up most of my summoners to level four. I know that more has to be done to help get into the champion league but the limited resources situation must first be solved.

Is it possible for our team to reach Diamond league this current season?
I will say with surety that is one hundred percent possible. However, complete the Diamond league and access the champion league that is another story. In another word very not possible at the current stage our summoners cards.
